Friendly faces and by far the best bank I've ever had an interaction with. Keep up the great work everyone! I feel like a person when I go here, instead of just a number on a balance sheet, I've never had any issues in the 10 years I've been using this branch.

Availability everywhere I go. Support for bad charges has always been excellent, including helping the police in tracking down the culprits. Applied for a 5K personal loan money was available in a few hours. The biggest thing I like is the personal loan to cover withdrawals when you may have money in another account, but not checking it is covered, not rejected, or returned for insufficient funds.

Went in with hopes they could give me some info on how to raise my credit score and to open an account and ended up pleasantly surprised! Very nice place. Joette (I hope I have her name right) was so helpful! Very knowledgeable, professional but friendly, and didn't try to push/sell anything I didn't want or need. Very understanding of my situation. She works for the main branch but is this location's backup and I can see why! Would certainly recommend to anyone seeking to better their financial situation. I'm not rich but I work and am going through some housing hardship but they offered to help me so 10/10 recommend.

Customer service is very bad at this place. They get paid more than they deserve for doing a job inside a building that has air conditioning. They hardly pay any interest. The only positive is there is not a fee for a cashier's check. Banks charge a fee. I remember years ago Bank of America charged $10.00 for one check. That is one reason i closed my account at Bank of America. I hope they go to hell. It is only a matter of time.

Rarely open when I actually need the bank to be open.
