If I could give this place a billion stars I would. Something this Texan has missed since moving to New Mexico, is good barbecue. I am happy that I found it! I just had the most wonderful brisket sandwich "The Bessie" and my husband had an amazing pulled pork sandwich "The Oinker". Anyone passing near Truth or Consequences, NM has got to come Fri -Sun after 5 and get you some!

Y'all, I found good BBQ!!! Further Bistro in T or C has BBQ Fri-Sun. Kristen had the brisket sandwich and she cannot wait to have some more. I had a pulled pork sandwich and it was awesome! Brisket!!!!!

One of the best meals I’ve had on my NM trip, coming from Kansas City. Fresh ingredients and you can tell there was genuine care put into it. Great for when you’ve been on the road all day and you want food that will make you feel good.

Wanted something fresh and easy. The southwestern wrap was delicious, with all freshly prepared veggies! It's hard to find vegetarian food, for the missus, and Further bistro provided. I had a Tortuga wrap with fresh veggies and chicken! Very tasty food.

Bought lunch for a hardworking painting crew of 5, ordered in the morning online. SANDWICHES WERE DELICIOUS! Fresh ingredients nice soft bread. USE THE APP!!!! saves them time and can customize online to your liking.
Did I mention fresh ingredients? Its worth repeating. Nice staff as well. The ap remembers your previous order if youd just like a repeat. X

Awesome new sandwich/salad/wrap eatery in what was previously a "food desert" at the eastern end of Main Avenue in downtown Truth or Consequences. Generous hours, and new sandwiches and treats seem to be introduced almost weekly. A most welcome option for lunch in this funky, cool little city.

Awesome and affordable wraps and salads. They have really great hours and it’s the perfect spot for dinner to take to the brewery. Food was fresh and service was very attentive. Can’t wait to try more on the menu!
