Baca has been our go to for years when it comes to heating/air concerns. Nothing has changed now that we’re in our new home. Alex was out and the service for our mini-split was completed less than 24 hours from our initial call. Alex is always professional and courteous. Thank you Baca for saving the day once again! I've had an ongoing issue with my kitchen sink clogging up, and before it got any worse, I called Baca Service Company to snake out the pipe and clear the clog. Alex came out, was on time, and did a great job. He is very personable, and my dog loved him! This is the second time I've called Baca for a plumbing problem and both times they have been great. Will definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

Mr. Baca's son came to fix our furnace. Got here earlier than the appointment time (called first to see if that was ok). Fixed everything quickly and for a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

Heater/AC unit quit and wouldn't fire up. Alex responded right away and control board out. They ordered a new one and a week later once it got here they installed it the kids have heat finally. Thanks..Great Job‼👍

Baca Service Company is an efficient, honest, and professional contractor. My handicapped father had an emergency with his heating system. No heat for 1 week with 40 degree weather. Baca Service responded to our situation within the hour of calling. Their concern with keeping me, a concerned out of town daughter in the loop with notice on mobilizing, to identifying the problem to completion so very much appreciated. In some emergency situations, one can find themselves being taken advantage of. Not this contractor. The cost was affordable. Baca Service restores my faith in good people with a great honest company. Thank you Baca Service Company!

They did a good job installing my water purification system and on demand water heater

I requested an estimate from Baca Service Company and had one in hand within a couple of hours of his looking the job over. They replaced two toilets, three bathroom faucets, one kitchen faucet, repaired the kitchen drain and processed a total drain clean-out. The work was done in a timely manner by his professional & courteous staff. I was completely comfortable with them in my home. One of them wore a baseball cap, and removed it each time he entered my home! Baca Service Company has experience, integrity and good manners written all over it. Thank you, Brad and Crew!

I scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning but your technician came on Wednesday and called for directions to the home. However, on Tuesday evening a friend of mine figured out how to access the faucet, allowing me to fix the problem myself. I appreciate your understanding and your quick response, and I apologize for wasting your time.

I had a slow leak in the garage and called Baca Service Company. Maya in the office found a slot the next day for Brad to check out the situation. He said the leak might be coming from inside the garage/bathroom wall. He gave me an estimate, pending a higher price if the leak was under the concrete. When they got into the wall, it turned out it WAS under the garage floor, which was jack-hammered to find exactly where the leak was. They fixed it, put down new concrete, put everything back, and re-built the box the furnace and water heater were on. He had inspected my water heater and furnace while here, and brought them both up to current code. Thanks Brad, Maya, Alex, Jonathan and Aaron! Great work, really nice people, and reasonable prices.

I came home from a 5 month absents and walked into a house that was 97 degrees. The HVAC system had quit while we were gone. I called the two companies that I knew about in my area and neither could help me. They recommended Baca Service Co. I called Brad and he found a way to check it our the next day. He replaced a motor that had gone bad and that made an improvement but still wasn’t adequate. He came right back to do a thorough investigation and discovered the 4 ton compressor was having a problem, suspect it was beginning to seize up. Got a new one and installed and the AC has never worked as good as it is right now. Brad was very responsive to my needs and I felt very sensitive to the cost involved, especially the cost of Freon that the government is trying to tax out of existence. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BACA SERVICE CO.

Great on time service to get the AC going. In about one hour Alex was complete and provided alot of information to the new owners on the mini split system. Baca Services is THE best in TorC for sure

Called to get my HVAC repaired it was over 100 degrees and they responded within a couple hours of when I called. Alex was excellent and very professional. Great service!!!

Awesome service! Our A/C wasn’t working, I called mid morning and left a message and they actually called back and sent repairs guys out that afternoon.

Got my furnace working plus the HVAC. Have used Baca's on other problems. Will use again if any other problems pop up
