Just got out of Carlin Municipal Court. Judge Teri Feasel claims she strongly believes the courts are for the people, the venue where citizens have the opportunity, and the right, to be heard. She wouldn't even let me read a prepared statement. Instead, she transferred my case to Elko District Court, after I paid $92.47 in a small claim of $2,900 against a business in Carlin.

An absolute joke, aggressive negligence on some cases, and others they can't wait to take care of.
Very 50/50, but speaking with my history with them, it's more like a 10% chance of anything being done at all...
