Outback is the best in GP! Every employee is friendly, polite, and does great work. The guys who do the spa refills and cleanings are excellent. Really glad I took advantage of their refill special this month!
I recommend them to all pool & spa owners in GP.

I purchased a hotsprings hot tub over a year ago and have enjoyed it ever since. The entire process with outback was amazing. They delivered it on time and the set up was quick and professional.

Outback pool and spa is amazing! They have a great show room with lots of options of spas and swim spas to choose from. The staff if very professional, fun and knowledgeable. They even let you take a soak test to make sure the spa you want is best suited for you. I would highly recommend them for any spa or pool needs

Being relatively new to the area, and adding a spa, we needed a place to baseline test the water, and find someone who had quality supplies we needed. We stumbled upon Outback P&S, and were so blown away of the friendly personnel, vast supplies, and exceptional service. Savannah and Courtney were just amazing, and extremely knowledgeable.

We live pretty far away, with no pool or spa services in our area, but since we frequent Grants Pass, Outback is our place. Job well done. Oh, they have a pretty darn good selection of spas too.

Savannah Jason and Robert are very professional knowledgeable and the Customer service we received during the entire process from picking out our tub to the final orientation is the best if I could do 10 stars I would this staff deserves it.

Great knowledgeable and Friendly staff. They were able to answer all my questions and offered great advice to getting my pool filter up and running. They even loaned me a device to help put replacement sand into the filter easier and properly. The staff there was very helpful from day one. I went back many times to diagnose the issue and each time they were eager to help me find the solution. I highly recommend them for any and all your pool/spa needs.

We purchased out Hot Springs Spa 11 years ago from this store. Our Spa has required minimal repairs on rare occasions. But when repair was required I have always called Outback Pools and Spa.

Luke has been to our home to diagnose and repair our Spa several times. The problem has always been correctly diagnosed and repaired.

This business has always demonstrated integrity, value to the customer, excellent customer service and efficiency. We feel that we have always been treated fairly. We highly recommend them for both sales and service!!

We had Robert do the reverse osmosis process on our pool water and the results were exactly as promised. The amount of time that Robert spent educating us so that we can maintain our pool well going forward was impressive. This was such a great alternative to draining our pool! Thrilled to have found a trustworthy local source for our pool chemicals and someone to answer all of our questions. Thank you!

Bought a house with an in ground pool a few years ago. We had never owed a pool or how to take care of a pool. We contacted Outback pools and Ken came out on a visit. He walked us through the pump, cleaning and regular maintenance. He was fantastic. We comfortably and confidently maintain our pool. We scheduled a once a month visit from Outback for a checkup.

It has been almost 4 years we have been with Outback and Ken. We love the service and care Ken provides. I'm not afraid to call or drop in with questions. If Ken is not available I know he will call back as soon as he can. He is a busy guy in the summer!! Ken is not a just a pool guy, he has become a family friend.

First I want to thank Ken, Robert, Tyler & the other guys that came out to my house in Merlin. Our pool & spa set up was a backwards mess from the previous owner, but Outback was still willing to take us on as customers, repair the mess, & educate us on how to take care of a pool. We really did not have much experience. We now are set up to see Tyler & crew monthly to keep "us" healthy. Some say they are pricey & maybe so, but their wonderful customer service earned my business! Also, we are No longer a mess & can use our pool & spa!

I don't know what this Kris guy is complaining about. I've had no problems with their phones or getting in contact with the staff any time I call in. Maybe he needs a Jitterbug cellphone. Always a happy and friendly conversation and experience. Thank you for everything you do to help us lowly customers.

Excellent service and knowledge! Saved me hundreds on a repair by guiding me how to fix it myself. Love that we have a local spa chemical dealer locally. Supporting locally rather than online definitely will be what I stick to!!

We called them to move a used spa for us. Ken helped us with the set up. After a few months, we decided to buy a new one. They were a big help. They delivered the new one and set it up. It works great! Thank you, Outback!
