Getting colon hydrotherapy was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I opted for a package of 12 sessions so that I could get a very thorough cleanse. The first 3 treatments were slightly uncomfortable because I was so toxic. The whole reason I decided to get colonics in the first place was because my body was so toxic that I could feel it. After the 3rd treatment, I started feeling so energized, and my bowel movements became more regular. I feel like Regina helped me to completely cleanse and reset my colon. I now am able to go to the bathroom 2-4 times a day when before I was only going 2-4 times a week. I was also able to incorporate a liver flush into my treatments which was also a very cleansing experience. Overall, I would definitely do this again, and I highly recommend the tummy spa in grants pass for your colon hydrotherapy needs.

Today was my first experience ever getting a colonic and I am glad it was here. The environment is very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I did a lot of research on what to expect during and after a colonic session, and I highly recommend that you do the same if this is your first time. The Tummy Spa has helpful information in their FAQs section. Regina made me feel very at ease and the treatment included some nice complementary gifts. I did have some gas and a small amount of nausea during the treatment but I feel it’s because my system is very toxic right now. I bought a package of 12 to do the recommended 2/week/2weeks, 1/week/8weeks. I will give an update when all has been completed. I highly recommend getting a colonic here at the Tummy Spa if you’re having a hard time getting healthy. I am very glad that I did.
