I've tried several time to reach the owner I'm not one to bash anyone but BUYER BEWARE check the frame of the vehicle you plan to buy from them I got plenty of pictures of what mine looks like thinking it just needed shocks just make sure you check the frame but check the frame I just was one of the lucky ones that got one rusted completely out

They sure saw us coming. My wife and I drove all the way from Louisville in a rain storm. Paid $2000 for a 2005 Killed In Auto(KIA) Sportage. Oh yeah understand it's as is, but this is the most Dangerous vehicle and should never have been sold. I believe it's illegal to sell such vehicles. We may be looking at legal actions. Don't buy here, you could die. This wasn't just rust on frame, this is full out destroyed and dangerous. It's been sitting in my driveway since we got back, trying to figure out what to do with it.

We got a 2014 jeep cherokee on March 7th. It's been at the garage most of the time so far. They can't figure out the problem. We tried to get ahold of the owner for around 2 weeks before finally talking to him today. Of course, it's been over 30 days, so it's out of his hands, even though we've been trying for 2 weeks. We now have to take it to a jeep dealership for diagnostic tests to try to figure out the problem.. I will never deal with them again.

Do not buy from this dealer. They have very bad customer relations and wasn’t concerned in the least in how they deal with potential customers. In a FB Messenger message inquiring about a vehicle I simply asked a string of questions so I would be better informed about the vehicle since I would be driving over 1.5 hrs round trip. I asked “Who were the previous owners? Where did it come from? We’re not interested in a car that’s been in the harsh northern winters. Can we have the actual Carfax? We want to know about the rust. Any in the frame? The price must also be negotiable. No engine lights or dummy lights on at all.” His response was “You may need to look for a new vehicle. It would save us both from wasting our time. Thanks.” What kind of customer service is that?? That tells me that he is aware that his vehicles are of low quality and that he wasn’t interested in maintaining a good rapport with the customer. What if I was interested in another vehicle from his dealership? This sure did seal the deal. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE: The owner has read this review and was not satisfied with what I wrote and has attacked me personally. He said "You're a punk lol. People like you have no place in education." WOW. Wow is all I have to say. People, I shouldn't have to say it, but avoid this place at all costs. UPDATE PT.2 The owner is continuing to bully me and attacking my profession. “ You can add all the bad reviews you want pal. You will never add enough to bring my salary down to yours.” WOW.
