Nice post office had a good experience. The people here do a wonderful job with all the stress that they are under. Sometime people don't have a clue what it take to work in the postal system.

Don't let the negative comments turn you away. Despite the rating and some of the comments, I had a very good experience at this post office. I arrived less than 30 min before closing to send out a package. The clerk was extremely helpful and found a large box for me to use. No attitude, great customer service, relationship with locals. Not sure what the fuss in the comments are about.

I have been to this post office many times and have always had a clerk with a smile on her face and concern in her voice. Very pleasant, and caring. ( And I have't had the same person twice). If you want to complain, go to the Jacksonville Post office off of Hwy 17 and Dunn Rd, by the Anheiser Busch mfg plant and Sam's Club, and you will get rude, SLOW, snippy and very uncaring! You think they were the only Post office in JAX because most of the time the line is all the way out the door to the lobby.....I have watched the clerks run at slow speed the times I have been there...I think they have molasses in their butt!!! Nothing like being treated like a second class citizen too! The people would be fired if I were the manager and saw how SLOW and how RUDE they were to my customers! I don't go there unless I have to...I will drive out of my way to go to a better mannered and swift P.O. before I go to the Dunn Rd P.O....better pee before you go there because you won't want to leave the line. (all those clerks need customer service class...that should be a prerequisite to getting the job)!

The workers are always nice and ready to help you with any question or situation that you have. I once had a package that was food and it got to them during closing hours. The manager brought it directly to my house and was very nice.

I wanted to update my review. I visited this location a few days ago and there was a new face I had not seen before. She was smiling, friendly, and her customer skills were outstanding. I was very pleasantly surprised and have to say my experience was great. Thank you!

Everyone is always very helpful and professional. I am thankful for their hard work and dedication. A lot better than dealing with the rat race in Jacksonville.

I actually prefer this one since it's up in yulee so, it means less wait time( makes it easy with a spunky 3 yo) and haven't had any issues with my packages being delivered.

They might have you wait for a couple of minutes but they are very nice and helpful . They are very busy but do a great job with limited staff.

Troy went out of his way to help me and even made a suggestion to help save me money on shipping. Great customer service.

Called the PO a couple of times and had my questions answered.
Came in today to get a PO BOX and had no problems.

Also friendly people who help customers the best way possible pending on the questions or situations.
