Floyd's has provided for all my family members, and every time, I have been pleased with the service and compassion. I will be making my own pre-arrangements with them soon.

Scott Fowler, Glenn Miller and the entire staff are so genuinely caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond to make sure that my mother's memorial service was exactly what we wanted.

Floyd's helped our family with the funeral of my mother in law. From the moment we walked in to work through everything to the moment we were leaving the cemetery we were taken care of immensely. Scott is an absolute class act and I cannot recommend him enough. Everyone we came in contact with at Floyd's was amazing. From our family thank y'all very much for everything.

My family has used Floyd's Mortuary for many years. It was the only choice for us when our father passed away in April 2013. Everything went smoothly from the planning to the actual service. I have no complaints. Our Mom passed away earlier this month (4/6). Everything went very well with the planning, visitation, and service for Mom. Many thanks to Scott Fowler for his assistance with everything. His kind gesture for my great-nephew after the service, allowing him to give a gift to his Nana (great-grandmother) is priceless. I'm sure my great-nephew will remember it for a life time. I thanked Scott personally for his gesture and wanted to do it here as well. I also had a meeting with Kelli and thank her for all her guidance and also listening to my stories of my Mom and Dad. With all my interactions during this time I know their kindness is genuine. Thank you for being there for us and helping us honor and celebrate our Dad in 2013 and our Mom this month.

I recently planned by husband’s memorial service with Floyd’s Mortuary. This was the 3rd funeral/memorial service I have planned with the help of Floyd’s. My Mother’s in 2014 and my Dad’s in 1998. All of the staff at Floyd’s were most helpful and accommodating. Gordon, Kelli, Shelia where the ones I had the most contact with recently. But all of the staff were very helpful and went way beyond my expectations. Planning a funeral of a loved one is very stressful. I can tell you the amazing staff at Floyd’s will not only take excellent care of your loved one, they will help you and be there for you all along the way, before and after the
service. In many ways you did even know you needed help with.

Floyd's Mortuary has had a long, positive history with our family funerals and burials since the 1940s. We had a graveside service this past Monday for our dad. Gordon, Glenn, Richard, Kelly and the entire staff have been so kind and helpful with planning and handling all the details for our Dad's service. They are keeping in touch with us after the fact to see how we are doing; and to make sure we have the support we need to handle the business aspects for my father and our family. My brother and I really appreciate all of their support during this time.

I recently went to a funeral they handled for family member very nice staff very professional. With me being from out of town and work for a local funeral home you expect nothing but the best. Floyds did a awesome job with our family and service. Very professional and caring. Thanks for a job well done.

Ray Ridgeway went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met and exceeded. This was our first experience with death and the Floyd team was really helpful. They answered all our questions and were very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend anyone in the area to use the JF Floyd mortuary.

Scott, Jennifer, Wayne, LeRoy, Robin, and the rest of the staff were excellent and very professional taking care of my Mama's 3/9/17 and my Daddy's 4/29/11 funerals. I cannot say thank you enough for taking such great care of us before, during, and after the service.
