When looking for a new chainsaw for a chainsaw mill I told them I wanted to use, the staff at Charlie’s was very knowledgeable and considerate when listening to my questions. Since buying the first 461 I have gotten several other Stihl and Milwaukee tools from them and have been thoroughly satisfied with their service, even to the point of them looking in the back for a part they normally didn’t stock(it is a smaller store) and getting a handful out for a roof repair I was doing.
Again very happy with the sales and service!

I am currently renting their Drum Sander for a deck project. It's fantastic that the store offers tool rental options. Alex at the Service Center was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind when setting me up for the rental. It was a pleasure to be in the store. I'm definitely coming back for whatever I need in the future that Charlie's Hardware may have.

Very easy people to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. I had questions on a rifle I was gonna purchase and they answered every question and did not push me to buy one or the other. I did however buy a new rifle,scope,and accessories. Very happy !

We had an emergency call at our duplex at 8 am and Todd stopped by to turn off the water and came back later to replace water heater, all said and done by 11 am. Wow great curtious service!

Love this family owned business in Mosinee. One stop shop! Needs a bar with Mosinee Brewery on tap, but after that.... I cant think of anything else it needs. If you wake up today and need an appliance, your lawn mower worked on, licorice, AR 15...well, Charlie's is the place.

Even though it's a small store the firearm department it's incredible, they may not have much but they're always willing to order in exactly what you need.
