Boost Mobile

Came into this store on 12/30 cause I have future plans of starting a new line with Boost. Currently dealing with some old provider issues that were leaving me with some big questions and uncertainty. The two female staff members at boost cleared everthing up for me. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. Cant wait to Join the Team!

Very knowledgeable staff helped me with everything. Extremely satisfied with my service thanks to them.

Great service friendly staff. Store hours on Google is incorrect and had to wait outside until store opened at it's posted opening hour.suggest that owner updates business hours on Google services , all seven days has incorrect hours

Finally have a staff that knows how to help. The new manager Robert and Felicity are so helpful. Solved a year old problem that even Boost could not. Thank you Robert for fixing my account and my husbands phone. Best customer service around.

I went there with a friend, and the service was fast and crisp and the manager could not have been nicer. He worked with my friend to get his problem resolved, which was dropping him down substantially to a lower level, which is still more than the guy needed. But he cut his monthly bill in half and has way more data bw than he'll ever use.

I have never used their mobile service and cannot comment on it.

I've been with them probably since high school, I've had different phones, never can complain. The other day I went down there and upgraded my phone, at first it wasn't working in my area. Not going to lie I was a little upset, but I called, the man on the phone was so friendly, and very patient. He texted me a code to fix my phone, and I haven't had a problem since. I actually love my new phone very much. The woman who sold me the phone, she knew so much. Definitely knows her phones! Even stopped me from buying a bad phone that wouldn't work for what I needed it for! Great staff, great place, and wonderful prices including my insurance for my phone.

Derek goes above and beyond to help however he can. I recommend him for any boost customer needing support or looking to upgrade.

Wow Robert the manager is amazing. Got me a great deal to replace my lost phone. And he DELIVERED it to me at work as I was running out of time. Please visit this store they are all so sweet

Had a problem getting my phone number to cross over. There wasn't anything they could do technically but they were very diligent until it was resolved. Been with them about a year now and have no problems at all plus I enjoy the bonuses they offer! Great company!

Wonderful customer service by Derek. He was very knowledgeable and was able to correct my phone problem within minutes. Really knew what he was doing, and was very pleasant. Great experience.

Had to get a new phone due to other one crashing...all my contacts..photos..and other info didnt follow to new phone..even had ppl that "knew" what they were doing to help...nothing..i was devastated because we all have pics we cherish and its hard to replace contacts...i went to my BOOST store for one last chance of help and im glad i did!!! A man named Robert came to my rescue and had ALL my contacts and ALL pics restored to my new phone in like 3 min...and had a finesse and ease about him while he was doing it...I WAS IMPRESSED!!! Kuddos ROBERT!!! Hope you stay around 😊
