I have eaten there for years I have moved to sc and I still stop every time I go to Alabama to get the bbq sandwich and a quart of stew and years I mean maybe 40 cause I'm 48

Always enjoyed the BBQ and am really getting a kick out of the review that said it was like ground up babies.Big George said his meat cleaver got dull but y'all come round 'bout noon Wednesday.
Mr Curtis Smoote said it was still the best BBQ he ever ate but was a little over shredded...Drop by next week when the Frank Bennett Estate auctions off his 'BARN FIND' pickup truck.

At a first glance, J&J's BBQ doesn't seem like much, but take it from me, it's amazing! Best BBQ sandwiches you could ever have. Not huge or impressive menu by any means but their pulled pork sandwiches are to DIE FOR. They do an incredible job with the pork and sauce.

Me and my friend always stop by whenever we're in Franklin county. Visiting J&J's BBQ is a MUST.

Awesome food, Brunswick Stew is amazing. Barbecue sandwich is fantastic. I honestly have not been able to switch it up or try anything else, I have not yet had my fill of those two mainstays LOL!

I have always loved this place. I just went there for my 2000000th time and I love it more each time. I forgot about sales tax because am kid, but I payed 7 bucks when it was 7.49, but they said it was fine for me to go on. I decided to give them a dollar more since I made a mistake. They are great people there and please order yourself a sandwich because they have top notch bbq.

This place has great BBQ and stew. . They only take cash or cash app. If you are traveling fast, you pass it before you know it. The price is great and the staff is very professional and polite. You won't regret stopping in.

I have eatten BBQ in almost every state known for having traditional BBQ....this has and always will be my favorite.

The BBQ has a vinegar based sauce, the meat is shreeded, and the brunswick stew is the best you have ever tasted. There are indeed other great BBQ joints that I like as well, but for the money and the fact its a small shack in a parking lot you can't beat it.

I rarely ever pass by this place without taking a plate home!

This is some of the best bbq that I have eaten a I've been a truck driver for 25 years and I've had good bbq but j&j is at the top of my list and when ever I am close to Franklin I've got to go and get a sandwich and some stew

Best dang bbq ever made I absolutely love it normally when I go to Franklin Georgia I have to stop and get me at least 2 sammichs with extra pickles yall come on over to j&js bbq

The smell is great.... The BBQ is amazing!!! A Pulled Pork sandwich is only $3.50 I stop everytime I'm in Franklin
