I stop on break and usually get fried alligator and boudin I got the bbq chicken wrap yesterday and it was delicious never had a bad experience here every one is friendly love this place

Glad my friend took us to this place for crawfish, delicious and big crawfish with great service. Place is small with family atmosphere, friendly service and delicious and mouth watering seafood.. wish I lived close by!! Will definitely be going back on my next visit to Louisiana.

Loved the food, atmosphere, friendly service and prices. Unless I missed something, it seems all the side dishes are a la carte. Highly recommend the crab burger and oysters. A blessing to have the business servicing that area.

The Carbo's staff was excellent. They served 50 of us promptly and the food was great. Very cool 😎 place....

Food was great as usual, need some fans to help A/C or 2 - 5 ton units . The food is so good it is packed all the time..

We had a group of 18 people, our waitress was fantastic. Most of our group ate boiled crawfish for 4.99 a lb.corn & potatoes was 2.00 dollar extra. I had hamburger steak mashed potatoes gravy with onions, it was great. No corona beer was my only complaint. Really enjoyed our time, the help was really nice.

The boiled crawfish and prepared dishes were excellent. Both quantity and quality. The service was great and the wait staff very attentive and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Today I ate boiled shrimp 🍤.... It was perfect!!!.... Not to much pepper... It was just right... Potatoes were great... Could have used a little more pepper and salt ( for me)... waitress was friendly and helpful... Lots of smiles and checked to see if I needed anything often..... Over all it was fantastic!!!

We are working Easter on a tow boat and they went beyond to get us crawfish that we were CRAVING. They were FANTASTIC!!! I have to go back to try their soft shell crabs. Great taste, great price, THANK YOU

Very good food here. They have some of the best fried fish you ever want to eat and they load up the plate! Even the kids meals have plenty food on them. Really get value for your dollar here.

Food is amazing, employees are so sweet and kind. I love this place so do my kids. They also have amazing art work.

The food is delicious everytime I go. Consistently great food and service. Will probably go there this weekend.

Just at at carbos seafood restaurant me and my family and grand children ate three this evening great friendly service the best tasting seafood I have ever eaten.definetely will go back. After a long day of fishing with family had a great meal and a safe return home

Everyone is so nice.The store is clean and organized very well.I live an hour from the store,I dont get to go often.So when I'm in Houma,I go and shop there.

Always great food. For a place to be located in such a small area and yet is always packed shows how great the food is.

Nice people and good food. You have to get the grilled shrimp poboy with grilled onions. FYI ketchup comes on it, I prefer no ketchup
