The Quarterdeck Waterfront Cafe

Pool and lakeside views are so fun for the summertime. The pool had lots of kids in it on the Saturday afternoon when I visited. Yes, patrons can get in the pool! Bar staff were attentive, and the beer prices were reasonable. This is a covered patio place, so don't expect air conditioning.

Food is great, beer is cold and prices are very attractive.

The inside is open to the outside so you can see the pool from almost anywhere in the restaurant.
The pool/ splashpad is amazing!
You can sit and enjoy your beer while your kids swim or get in the pool yourself!
They have a little playground next to the pool my kids love.

This place is a must stop if you're on grand lake!

I love that this place is right on the water. The view is beautiful. There’s also a pool which is super nice. I got the meat and Mac sandwich and it might be the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. We got a fried peanut butter sandwich for dessert and it was incredible. I don’t know who thought that up, but they’re a genius. Our server, Donovan, was excellent and stayed on top of things. I can not recommend this place enough!

Fun on the lake restaurant with some courtesy slips available. Plus you can gas up your boat while dining. Food and beverages were good. Service was fast and friendly. Nice and comfortable on a cool day

The food here is always good. Of course my favorite is the bacon can't have too much bacon lol The cinnamon rolls are out of this world. And of course the rest of the food is fabulous also. Sitting outside and eating enhances the atmosphere and makes for an exciting experience.

Casual, clean atmosphere. The deck looks out on the lake. Not a great view, but they have big fans so the breeze is nice. The service was great, Faith was very friendly and efficient. She made menu suggestions and answered all our questions. We settled on Moscow mules, a Philly to share with onion rings and a side salad. Wish we’d gotten the onion ring tower, they were so good! The bun was toasted on the Philly and the meat was lean and plentiful. If we are in this area again we will come back!

Was empty when we showed up due to rain coming in. Food was great, buffalo chicken sandwich with orange marmalade was super. The views of the marina and lake were awesome with the clouds and rain rolling in.

This is the perfect open-air lakefront cafe to go to on vacation! Waitstaff was friendly, and took our orders quickly. There was a small crowd there, but we still didn’t have to wait for a table or for service.
The whole restaurant is an adorable patio deck right next to the lake, and there is a small, shallow pool with one or two splash pad features your kids can swim in while you eat. There are also two small playgrounds!
We ordered monkey fries, which were pretty typical cheese fries but they were hot, fresh, and yummy. I had a sandwich of pulled pork, mac n cheese bites, and beer cheese that was ridiculously filling. The meat was very tender and juicy. I think I would have preferred it without all the cheese and mac n cheese, so, next time … LOL!
My husband had fried catfish, hush puppies, and onion rings. My fave of the whole evening was the onion rings! They are batter dipped, hot, crispy, and have black pepper to season them.
We had the opportunity to eat dinner here, but they are not open for dinner every night. Check their hours before you come!

Always friendly service. They have water access or land access. More parking by land unless you own a slip. The food is good and the drinks are abundant and affordable. There's a small pool for the kids!

Absolutely amazing. Food was perfect and VERY filling. Our server Keely was super awesome and sweet. Definitely coming back.

Excellent food, must try the onion rings, jalapeños, cheese curds, fried pickles, fried mushrooms. Friendly people and great food.

We boated in with a party of 12 on the 4th of July weekend. We knew we would probably have a wait time and were ok with that. The hostess said it would be about an hour and were ok with that as the kids were happy to swim in the pool while the adults had happy hour with Cade behind the bar. 35-45 minuets later we were seated at a table with Olivia as our server. Olivia made some appetizer suggestions and the onion rings, the cheese curds and the fried mac and cheese bites were fantastic. The fired pickles were about average. Some of our meal highlights were the Philly Cheesesteak, the buffalo chicken sandwich and the pizza. The food all came out in a timely manor and was very hot. Olivia did a fantastic job with everything including keeping our drinks full. We have been going to the Quarterdeck for about 3 years now and always have a great time. Highly recommend.

Faith was the best waitress I've had in a long time. She knew the menu checked on us multiple times she was just very nice will definitely come back

Holy moly, those onion rings! YUM! We sat poolside with our adult children having "Lakewaters" (adult slushies) after a hot day playing on the lake. What a treat!

Yummy salad and a stack of onion rings!

Dependable burgers, bar food, and cold beer in a great lakeside setting all wrapped around a beautiful pool! Accessible by boat!

Our waitress Alexia is the best! She is very attentive and very personable! We actually only come to the Quarter Deck when we know she is working. Because of her we have told all of our friends about the restaurant.
