The food was so fabulous and delicious the guests loved it and so did all our neighbors with the leftovers we had LOL. It was so yummy and we are still trying to savor our cake that Kathy made us for the night to cut. OMG SO GOOD! We saved the top tier to freeze so fingers crossed it works out! The wait staff for our reception were also so pleasant and kind, and we really appreciated how patient they were with taking food away and just how attentive! They were so helpful just the nicest people! We really appreciated everything Watermen’s did for us, and everything they did to make our day the most special and tasty! From cocktail hour, to the reception, and desserts! It all was so great!

Exceptional food each time we have had the opportunity to dine in this establishment. This is truly a gem in what is otherwise an area with few alternatives for more than diner-fast good meals. I would drive miles out of my way for a meal there.
Staffing is not exceptional, sometimes lacking experience, but always show good intents. Decent wine list for a small establishment. Prices are well in line with the food quality.

Small, quaint, comfortable dining room with separate bar area. The food was very good. the iced tea was especially good which is unusual. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Good value for the money. Will return. (Beware the cream of crab soup - ask to taste first. On this particular night it was watery and tasted like tuna juice)

Went there for our Valentine's Day dinner and had the Surf and Turf special that consisted of Filet Mignon and Lobster. It was FANTASTIC. I also like the quiet environment and the other guests there as well. Well-made cocktails. The free chocolate covered strawberries at the end where a nice touch. The is our go-to place for special occasions. Our dinner for two came to $120 with tip - well worth it.

Very cozy and quiet place plus unforgettable tasty home-style meal - the chef is really creative! My husband and I stopped for lunch there during our trip to Janes Island. I got a fantastic ginger-mushroom-chicken soup and then asked the chef to share this recipe with me. Great - strongly recommend!

Went here years ago as my grandparents lived in Crisfield for the majority of my childhood. It was the best shrimp and grits I had ever had, and the red velvet cake was awesome too (not sure if they still have it).

It was busy but the service was fast. Peg was especially cordial. Loved all the foods we had and the drinks 😀. Will be back when in the area. Learned that Peg made the lemon chess pie which was fantastic, and she shared the recipe!!

Operating since 1988 as the only fine dinning option in Crisfield. Worth the trip down to this lovely town or when docked at the marina. Although you would think this would be a primarily a fish restaurant. They serve all type of entries and pride them self on their home made desserts as well. Yet of course their crabcakes are wonderful.

Reservation are not needed yet they have only 12 tables and a small bar. So you might want to give them a call on Friday or Saturday evening during the high season.

Please be aware especially in the off season places close very early in town, so does the watermens inn.

Rumor has it that they close for good, we really hope this is not true.

Always delicious! Especially their phenomenal desserts.

Birthday dinner was fabulous! Tried the Bacon wrapped oysters and the scallops in hoisin sauce! Yummy! Service was superb. Great place to relax.

We boat from Solomons to Crisfield to eat at Watermen's each night! The salmon board and mussels are fantastic, but then again everything and everyone is!!!

Just an all around relaxing and friendly place with perfect dishes.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise.
Who would have thought you could find Fine Dining in the small town of Crisfield MD? Not I.
Hence I was surprised by the quality of the food at the Waterman's Inn.
It was a late weeknight when my dad and I stumbled across this place. The exterior belays what is inside. The dining room is cozy and quite and hangs local art on the walls (bonus!). There are cloth napkins and table cloths to awaiting you and your food. Really!

Both my dad and I ordered the BROILED CRABCAKES. If I have ever had a better crabcake, I can not remember when. And I grew up in Maryland. They were simply the best I have EVER had. The rest of the meal was delicious as well, including the homemade desserts.

I will remember this meal for a LONG time!

Order the crabcakes and you will understand what I am talking about.

The food was delicious and the staff was accomadating for the member of our party with Celiac disease. Whether you're a self-proclaimed foodie or just passing through, this place is a great stop.

polite staff, inviting environment, and a large menu to chose from. Their also a large selection of wine and champagne. I would recommend Water men's inn as a first stop for tourist and locals alike.

It was wonderful! Food was outstanding. I had Cajan Tri-Tip with horseradish cream sauce, baked potato and ceasar salad. I recommend it highly. Friendly and quick service.

Wonderful food and the desserts are awesome. Very nicely decorated and great staff. Love Watermans Inn!
