Everyone at TLC was such sweethearts. We had the pleasure of getting paired with Dee. She was definitely the best. She was very thorough throughout the buying process, made you feel comfortable, and heard. She made conversation, kept you updated, helped you understand and walked you through every step. She helped me fit the car that would best accommodate my needs as well as fill my wants! She worked hard to make sure i drove away with what i wanted! I brought my son to TLC Motors for 2 reasons. First, there was a vehicle in their inventory that appealed to him. 18-year-old boy = lifted truck at a reasonable price. He asked and I went to Google and looked at the reviews. I had heard many ads on 93.3 but had never needed a car until now. The reviews looked good, and we went up after work. We arrived at 6 pm and they closed at 7. I explained we would probably just get to look at it and have to come back. We were greeted at the entrance by Dee. I had seen her mentioned in many TLC reviews as being extremely helpful and supportive. She welcomed my son and made him understand the commitments financing means as well as secure financing for him for the truck he wanted through me. The clock ticked on and I reminded my son that we would have to come back as they were getting ready to close. Dee looked up and told my son to take as much time as you wanted asking questions and then we will get the keys for you to drive it. She smiled at me and said how much she enjoys working with first time buyers and helping them get what they want to take home.
We worked with the finance manager well past 8 pm and the test drive was not rushed at all. There was a list of things to be done on the truck as it had just arrived and was still to be processed and Dee wanted to capture what needed to be done in writing for the shop.
As we finalized the sale, there were discussions on the extended warranty and other additions. Very simply make sure you ask for what you want and confirm it. We were treated very well, and it was pushing 9:30 pm.
Preparing the truck took a few extra days than we anticipated but Dee kept my son in the loop She went out of her way to make him feel he was the one that she was working for. Bottom line She cared about him as a customer, after the deal was signed and done, she still fought for him.
She was there at his final walkthrough of the truck and wanted to make sure he was satisfied with his truck, with her as a salesperson, and with TLC as a dealership.
He reached his hand to shake hers and said yes to all 3.. Thank you Dee.

What an amazing experience with TLC. The salespeople were absolutely wonderful, especially Dee who was the woman who sold me my new beautiful car. I am a car enthusiast and was looking for a particular muscle car, and Dee helped see it all the way through for me. Dee as well as the finance manager worked relentlessly to find the best financing rate for me in accordance with my budget. Such a pleasure being greeted at TLC by Gee. Being in the market for a newer vehicle we have visited several car lots and dealerships. Hands down Gee stood out from all others we encountered. My girlfriend and I was looking for a newer, bigger vehicle because we just had a newborn and needed more room. We had an appointment with Gee and he helped us get in the exact ride we were wanting to leave in. Our appointment wasn’t long before closing time but they stayed over to make sure we left in the car we wanted. The whole staff was great. 10/10 would recommend. If you need a new ride go see Gee!!

If I could give higher stars, I would!!! I literally had the best experience!! DeeDee was amazing!! She greeted us in the parking lot upon arrival and from the first handshake to the last moment, the whole department was next level!! I never felt rushed and she was so patient with me. She answered all of my questions and was there every step of the way! 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I came to look at a specific vehicle today. Whitney met us at the door and was absolutely wonderful. Our little ones were welcomed by everyone instead of being made to feel like a nuisance. Overall great experience. Typically buying a car is very stressful but Whitney made it easy and stress free. Would recommend to family and friends.

Dee was fabulous with my daughter. I came to help her purchase her car and we were not disappointed. She was patient, kind and overall had the best attitude through the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Although I didn't purchase a car the day I went in, the salesman that I dealt with was fantastic. Nathaniel was friendly and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to purchase a car. The vehicle I was interested in didn’t fit my criteria and he didn’t push the sale, which is what I expect. I will continue to check out their website and purchase from them in the future.

Gee is an excellent sales person. He was very knowledgeable of the Buick he sold us. I highly recommend him as a sales person however, the Buick they sold us landed in the shop less than 48 hours after we bought it. We were told to take it to TLC repair shop, which we did, but that seems to be the end of what we were told. According to the so called warranty we were supposed to be given a loner. That did not happen. I talked to Dreke on Friday, who was to call me back, but he did not. My niece left a message on Saturday for him, but still no call. TLC is good at selling cars but that's as far as there word goes.

Dee handled the trade of my car to get back into a jeep. Easy and smooth.. she did an amazing job and can't thank her enough

#COMESEEKG I showed up first thing Friday morning with an extremely tight schedule and KG did an amazing job. He understood immediately the need for efficiency and got me all of the vehicle info and the price we needed AND I was in and out within an hour. Excellent experience

Came in late on a Saturday and Dee immediately came out to help us. She was amazing listened to our budget and our wants and made it happen. My sugar was starting to drop from skipping breakfast (I’m diabetic) and she even door dashed us lunch! I don’t think I’m supposed to mention that but the point is she goes beyond to give customers a great car buying experience. Truly one of the best dealerships and sales person I’ve felt with.

I just want to thank TLC motors for the amazing staff that they have. They were so great with me. I dealt with KP and let me tell you that man is not about making money he is about making his customers happy. He asks all kinds of questions on what you’re looking for what you can afford and then he finds some thing for you. He is not pushy does not say oh well look at this and it’s $5000 higher than you want to spend he is not like that all KP you were amazing and thank you so much for all the help that you gave us because we lived in our way.
