Dr. Franklin is so thorough and takes into consideration our entire health history before advising appropriate treatments. He takes the time to get to know each of us and always listens intently to our concerns. His timely follow-ups to our phone messages and MyChart inquiries is outstanding! Thank you Dr. Franklin! Dr Trecartin’s review of my health problems was thorough. He listening to my concerns was evident by the care plan we developed together. His guidance was an affirmation of my efforts.
Cost consciousness was evident by the laboratory surveillance set up for the future as well. Front desk person was exceptional for intake and setting up discharge and future follow up. The entire staff was genuine in their friendliness and courtesy, and kept me at ease throughout. The full of light and life decor was refreshing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this clinic for its unique salubrious qualities. Ease of access and parking is another great factor for someone who has mobility concerns.

Every staff person I came in contact with was so helpful, knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. I felt that they cared & really wanted to help me.

I visited the Aspirus Birnamwood Clinic for the first time this week. I live about 20-25 minutes away, but I felt it was worth the drive. The clinic has a nice feel to it, and all of the staff members are very friendly and caring!
I had a very good experience. Highly recommended!

Great family Drs. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Great staff in general. The Drs re very kind and take a lot of time to address all your concerns and questions. Clean and welcoming. They have free tea, hot cocoa, and coffee. Nice waiting area. Nice large and convenient parking lot.

I saw Deborah Safford. She was great and very caring. I didn't feel rushed or like she didn't want to be there. She listened and addressed my concerns. Also the Nurse Anna was great for all the above reasons! And the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. Thank you! Thank you!!

The people that answer the phones are great the nurses seem to be amazing but DO NOT GO TO SEE DOCTOR HEGERNESS or however you spell his name if you are a female i recommend dont.... I am 30 weeks pregnant had to be checked for dilation i pulled away at first cause i was sensitive and he legit crabbed my leg and said no stop it and contiuned
I will no longer be seen at this clinic due to him and i no about 10 others that say the same thing he is rough and dont care if he is hurting you or not patient's shouldn't be scared to go into the doctor...

Worst experience I've ever had for getting medication. ESPECIALLY the antigo clinic
