Great food, friendly people, loved this place shame i was only visiting otherwise id be a regular at this establishment, I cant recommend it enough.

Small eatery, but it's well worth the stop. Potato salad as a side to the ham and turkey club. Friendly place right on Main Street.

We stopped in driving through Hennessy this morning and were very happy with our visit. Ordered at the counter and the food was very quick. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We had the white bbq chicken sandwich and the black and bleu burger. The pasta salad was also very good. Specialty maple cinnamon coffee combo was yum as well!

My favorite breakfast! Crispy croissant with cheese scrambled eggs and bacon!! 😋

Stopped in here on our way through. Great service, super friendly and helpful. Chicken melt was excellent on croissant.
Definitely would recommend this place.

We love this place. If for nothing else the owners are amazing, but the cinnamon rolls and frozen coffee make the place great. They even give my doberman puppy treats and always gush on her. My husband and I stop by whenever we can.

OMG SO SO GOOD. We love the town of Hennessey and we tried Sparkys and so glad we did. We can't stop going now. Super friendly, super clean, and SPOT ON FANTASTIC FOOD. A must try.

Staff was extremely friendly! Food was great, although the flatbread pizza didn’t seem like much for the price the quality was on par! Me and a buddy ate there for the first time and they gave us a warm Texas cinnamon roll for free! Next time I’m in town, I’m eating here!

Great Breakfast Flatbread Pizza!!

The chicken salad wrap was wonderful! It was FULL of chicken & the lettuce was super crisp. I highly recommend!!!

Pulled pork was amazing..i do recommend that or a pizza. Staff very pleasant and helpful with any questions.

All my “city” friends were jealous when I sent pictures of cinnamon rolls and kolaches. Delicious.
