Good looking Airport.
They have two asphalt crossing runways that are well-maintained.
very quiet airport.
There is fuel.
and a mom and pops restaurant, which I’ve been told have very reasonable prices and good service.

Delightful burger place. Best patty melt ever. Not fancy, small and plain, but good. Friendly service.

Great burger with a view! Sit and watch the planes fly in and out and eat a delicious burger! Friendly staff and nice service. Open 8-2:30.

Maybe I'm biased, but working on the ILS/radios here over the years, I have never had a bad experience at the cafe! Lunch at the airport is what I always look forward to when heading to Lufkin! Fries & the Jr burger are enough to fill an adult up. A full size burger might leave you feeling woozy, like you ate too much! ;) Don't say I didn't warn you! I've brought my family here a couple times when the kids were still young enough to enjoy visiting the nearby Lufkin Zoo (another hidden gem).

Great place for lunch. Get the burger, all the way. Great with fries or rings. Been here many times, breakfast is very good a well.

Top notch regional airport! As an added bonus, stop in to the infamous AIRPORT RESTAURANT! Thpricing is very fair, and the food comes out hot and delicious. YUMMY! Angelina County Airport, y'all get 5-STARS and just made our Saturday rotation list!! I can't wait to see y'all again!

I had heard about the Angelina County Airport Cafe for some time, but had never visited until recently. The service was 10/10, the food was piping hot and delicious, and the prices can't be beat. I had the chicken tender basket with fries, toast, and gravy, as well as a Dr. Pepper and fried apple pie for about $12. I will 100% be coming back to this location with my friends! It's the perfect hidden gem.

This is the Most beautiful atmosphere entrance to a small quaint Airport Cafe. Taking you back to a Time where,being social, jovial, and direct is expected. The fact that there are a constant incoming of military men and women is pleasing to the eye,and makes you Proud to be American born! The Cafe is small but deserving of 5 star service. Food is Always Fresh and Delicious, dont expect a large variety menu.

Chicken grilled salad, and the Best Darn Burgers that will take to back to the days when car hops were around to take your burger and drink orders. Its a 70's type atmospere,So Cool, to those of Us who can appreciate the Yester-years! Oh and it goes with out saying,leaving the Best for Last,

Shout out to the guys at the fuel station! My wife and I stopped in for the Cafe but the two men running the fuel service made sure my plane was chalked down and topped off while we ate. Also had a Saturday discount of $.50 cents per GL off! Thanks to the entire staff!
