CVS

I stopped in tonight to get my son some ortho wax. We were discussing the wax and what the package looked like since we've never had to purchase it from the store. While discussing the wax, Mrs. Robin was kind of enough to come over and offer to help us find it, but her awesome customer service didn't stop there. I had to get a few pictures printed, and I selected a print in seconds. However, it did not show up on the system. Mrs. Robin went above and beyond by rebooting the system. It took a minute to boot back up, but as soon as it was done, my pictures started printing. She asked me to hold on a few minutes when I said I would come back on Sat. She made my night by helping me get my pictures printed for me. She was extremely nice, extremely helpful, and willing to help me not once but twice! I hope you're in CVS and need help, Mrs. Robin is working cause she will be willing to help!

This is a nice pharmacy and they do their job!!! Everyone from the pharmacist to the techs have good customer service skills and if there is an issue they DON'T LEAVE YOU HANGING AND WONDERING WHAT TO DO NEXT TO GET YOUR RX. They care and help!
CVS 2062 Whiskey Rd, Aiken, SC 29803 on the other hand is AWFUL. The tech Mya and the whole crew are rude, slow, and refuse to help when an issue comes up! Barnwell CVS helped us when Aiken CVS refused.

Great customer service and the pharmacy is so beyond phenomenal!! Every single person who weks in the pharmacy is so above par and they go out of their way to be helpful with ANYTHI G I've needed help with.

The parking lot and sidewalks around the store are filthy. You may want to disinfect your shoes before walking in your house. Selection of pain meds and eye lubricant is dismal.

Friendly service in Pharmacy but the place is dirty and needs cleaning been this way both times I visited.

Call that pharmacy and that thing on that tape keep asking about corvid and trying to discuss my doctor's medication it goes on and on something needs to be done about that everything ain't all about corvid!!!!!

Terrible customer sevice for the Phamarcy so respectful . I got there first and both ladies took care of other people that got later. I waited there for 15 mint . One of then was on the drive true and will not come until after 8 cars passed. I used this Pharamcy over 8 years . Today is my last time

Pulled gate down and said come back at 2 o’clock. I was literally standing in line and was the next customer. Very poor service at pharmacy!!!
