El Charro

We’ve been to El Charro before and we decided to stop here again for supper on a drive out and about. We were really glad we did! We got there just before the evening supper rush. We got the green sauce with avocado and we both really liked it. It had a good heat that built up the more you ate it, but it wasn’t so spicy that you couldn’t enjoy your food. I also ordered the Chiles Toredos with onions and they were really good as well. I had the beef fajitas and their marinade was really delicious. Mrs. Flip Out had the chicken flautas and thought they were some of the best she’s had. Little Flip Out enjoyed his taco and loved the guacamole. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and look forward to going back.

This place is pretty nice to be at and the staff are very friendly and nice. Would 100% recommend going here

I had the chicken flautas, with rice, and beans. Everything was really good, the salsa lack flavor to my liking, that being said you can ask for the green salsa it's definitely got the flavor. All in all 5 stars. Love the people, very friendly.

I forgot to take a pic; too hungry, I guess! Anyway, it was very busy for lunch but, that did not take away from the service, all wait staff did a great job! The food was fresh & delicious; well worth the stop. I will definitely be returning so I can try all the different menu choices. They have a very wide variety of traditional Mexican food. 😋

We love El Charro. We live locally and eat here somewhat frequently. The service is always friendly, management is solid, and the food is great. I also love their chips and salsa. My only critique is, the queso game could use some work…

Got the mushrooms enchiladas and my sister got the spinach ones...they were AWESOME! Just what we needed after 3 days on the road. Thank you

My favorite Mexican restaurant. Love the food,in my opinion their rice and refried beans are fabulous. I almost always get the Chicken Tampaqunia I never say it right .but there nachos grande are excellent.

My family and I have been going to this restaurant over 15 years. Super friendly staff, wonderful food, very fast and everyone goes out Out of their way to make your dining experience a good one. Nothing bad to say. If you’re coming through Kingfisher or if you are a resident or surrounding residential, always a great place to check out. Prices are very good as well

My mom and I often meet here since it's halfway between us. The food is delivered amazingly fast and the prices are reasonable. The enchiladas are great and they have really good free carrot, jalapeno and onion relish, you just have to request it.

Service was great, the waiter was funny and plesent and the food was amazing, wish I took a picture to show you guys. Plus they were super fast at bringing our food to us, definitely will be back!

Had Acupulco salad with grilled shrimp. Best I have ever had. This is a great place. Everything is always fresh and clean. Excellent restaurant.

Great authentic Mexican dishes and the best sopapillas for 99¢!!
You might not think of this place when wanting a steak, but you should try it. Both my parents really like the Mexican steak.

El Charro has been in Kingfisher OK for 27 years. I live out of state and haven't been here in about 15 years but stopped in today for lunch. This is the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. Their salsa is unique and is awesome. I had the fajita chicken quesadillas and they were awesome too. Followed up with the best sopapillas I've ever had. This is a great place to eat! Thanks!!!
