Bud Haynes Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve used Bud and crew for 6-7 years now. Very prompt, very reasonable, and know what they’re doing! Just this week, was able to get same day service for an AC unit blowing hot.

This is my second time utilizing Haynes for my HVAC needs, and each time they have responded promptly and without regard for time of day. The "receptionist", apologies for forgetting her name, was very courteous and genuinely seemed concerned for my issue. The first time, Mr. Haynes responded and replaced a motor in the later hours of the evening. The second instance, "Tre" was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and personable, quickly assessed and mitigated my issue. I highly recommend Bud Haynes Heating & Air Conditioning. I know that i will need them again for maintenence or repair and when it comes time for my upgrade, they WILL be the ones I call!

I called this morning because my heater hadn’t been working correctly for about a year. I think his name was Ronnie (not sure) came out later this afternoon and had it working an about 30 minutes. I’m very happy and will recommend them to anyone!

Been in the same location for years now, and have used Mr Haynes and his son multiple times. Shoot, we're running window units because the main unit went down but I refuse to use someone else...We'll wait for Haynes

Truly some of the nicest people from calling to have them call out to the technicians being professional and knowledgeable, they diagnosed the problem and had our AC unit running very quickly I highly recommend and they also charge fair prices

Great service, it doesn't seem to matter what time of day or night they show up make the repairs quickly and get your system back on if there is any possible way. Just a very good experience.

They did a good job.

Get a written quote, work order and expected completion date before work commences. Took them 2 months to come out to begin our work, then 2 months to complete it. Phone calls ignored, and then says our materials were provided at cost and they did not receive a profit from our job.

They really broke the outside unit after putting a simple part in backwards. Had to buy a new one. They left without putting if back together left all the pieces laying around my yard. Very unprofessional.
