Friendly, Always willing to help. Will jump through hoops to accommodate and get you what you need. For the few one star reviews, that appear to be tied to one incident, there is a huge truck stop right across the street. My guess is they didn’t they didn’t want to pay for parking for their over sized loads. Just my $.02.

Called to see of they had a battery for my truck. I was hurrying and Amanda got it ready for me, loaded it into my truck and in and out in under 5 minutes. Service with a smile and at 5 minutes till closing with no complaints at all. Thank you because I was in a tight spot.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff at sales counter. These guys know autos and trucks and are experienced mechanics so they know what they are talking about. I have used Napa auto stores for many years and was so glad one was opened closer to where I lived.

All the men kinda looked at me but a tiny little lady grabbed the step ladder & out we went. She helped me till my problem was fixed .
