This place was slammed, but, so very helpful. The sweet, long haired blonde that assisted me twice today was so considerate to inform me my options about Real ID/DL options & what documents were needed. She remained kind, courteous & I just want her to know I appreciated her job performance/assistance. All the ladies working were nice, yet, so busy! Please be patient if you have a wait- they were quick as possible

Best tag place ever!!! The girls that work there are the sweetest and smartest gals around. Fast and quick. Glad they take off during bad weather to make sure their kids and families are safe. One lady.....jess??? Jessica?? She is the best. Always gives 100%. Okmulgee is a great little town and having a great tag agency where they care and give 100% makes our town even better.

Very nice family like atmosphere, paid with my credit card witch was easy. One on one customer service. They answerd phone calls only when they were not with a customer. And they have very nice very comfortable seating while u wait for your turn.

Went in yesterday to the new office location. I love the layout and simplicity of the parking area. Jessica helped me and made everything super easy. I won’t ever go to another tag office. Great environment and wonderful employees!

I have lived in over 20 States over the past 35 years, I am former US Navy and a Contractor now, I have moved A LOT!!!! With that being said, I have Never had such Nice, Efficient, Professional Service while registering our Families Vehicles as I have had at the Okmulgee Oklahoma Tag Office. Jessica and Alexis made my two visits and absolute pleasure, they even managed to laugh at my 'corny jokes'.

This is one of the best tag office iv ever been into the staff are all friendly and always call you by you're first name. Penny dont change a thing you have a great staff with that home town feeling never any long waits they get you in and out fast and you feel like you just made a friend!!

The facility is very nice. I arrived during the lunch hour, so I had a small wait which was to be expected. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and expedient.

Most of my business with this Tag Office has been via email, phone call, and/or fax because I do not live in OK. I'm in the military so send my paperwork, including the Armed Forces Affidavit via fax or email. They take my credit card number over the phone. My tag arrives within a week. Nothing easier.

The people are always knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, whether I'm talking to them on the phone or on leave and walking up to the counter to conduct my business in person.

In the nearly ten years I have been away from OK, my interaction with this office has never been less than super.

I called just before 5PM and they were about to close down the DL card machine. The employee i spoke to said she would keep the machine on for me. She was quick and pleasant. Thank you

They were so friendly and efficient. I actually enjoyed my visit, which never happens at a tag agency. Bravo!
