There was a snafu with my order and they were so amazing working with me and making it right. They went out of their way to fix the issue and were very nice about it. In the end my mother was very happy with her beautiful delivery. I don't mind a mistake as long as the business will own up to it and fix it. They do a fantastic job and if there is a problem they will take care of it.

Don't miss this great shop for picking up a gift item, flowers for any occasion or just to stop by a talk to the great staff. They always do a great job for us on flower arrangements for funerals and memorial services. Keep up the great work!

I live in another state, and wanted to send a plant to my mom while she recovers and does rehab in a medical facility, but had no idea what kind of plant would be best and the staff at Roses & Lace were incredibly helpful and professional, and they delivered it to her quickly on one of their busiest times of the year.
