Dude charging $40-60 for unsecured parking 😆 get outta here! There's covered & secured parking that's just as convenient for $20 next to the lot. I get it time's are tough, but when you raise your prices so high that it's cheaper to take a Uber to & from then pay $60 for parking you may wanna reconsider the charge amount.

The guy that owns this lot changes the price constantly. Winter fest and major concerts, expect to pay top dollar. If its the middle of the week and a hockey game, he might charge less. All in all, it is a parking lot with zero security that price gouges based on nearby activities regardless of why you want to park there. Park anywhere but here.

They gave me a ticket for $65 when I had been parked for two minutes and was on my way to the kiosk to pay.

There are supposed to be security gaurds, but my window was smashed and my car broken into during a conference.
