The Good Life RV Park

At the last minute, Holly was gracious to help us when our previous arrangement didn't work out. It is such a pleasure to do business with a kind and efficient person. We had to stay a day longer due to illness, and Holly returned my call quickly and took care easily of adding an extra day. The park is clean, orderly and the prices are reasonable.

Easy off 59 going north. Owners are very friendly. Pull thrus. It's better for a trailer or small rv. Our 44 foot had a problem with leveling.

I stayed here while was in town on work. The owners are super nice and if any issues they get back to you fast. Usually within 10min. The place is nice. It has covered spots too if needed. Thanks for letting me be your guest. This is where I'll be staying when I come back this way.

I’ve been very pleased with this RV Park. It’s a newer park about 5-7 minutes outside of Lufkin. I’ve used them a few times to park while visiting family between contract travel assignments. Several reviews mention the unleveled sites, and they are not wrong. However, that’s why I carry leveling blocks. With those in place I had not trouble getting level and never felt like the RV was unsafe. The full hook-ups are easy to access and water pressure is fantastic (that’s a big deal for me). The sites are large enough for my 42’ 5th wheel, park my truck, and lower the tailgate of the RV to use as a porch. The fishing pond is an easy 150 yd walk, and my pooch enjoys his off leash time in the dog park, which is always clean and good sized. I’ll be using this spot again in the future. The laundry room is clean and nice, but it can get busy just like anywhere else.
The nicest thing about the park are the Saucedos that manage it. They are super friendly and very attentive. Mr. Saucedo walks through occasionally, and if I’m outside we chat for 10 minutes or so. He remembered me from my last visit and asked about my contract work and how I liked the places I’d gone. These folks are genuinely nice, caring people that care about their customers. Give them a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Excellent camp ground, pads were elevated and dry. Owners are terrific to work with. The campground I had planned for was mostly flooded and unable to camp, I showed up with no notice and they kindly let me stay without reservation. That was a huge relief when you have no where to go and at the last minute. Thank you!

Nice and quiet. They had a mobile rv repairman card on the meter. Which we ended up needing (never fails for something to happen, we just could not fix it ourselves this time). Came in very handy. It was easy access for us. My husband said the owner came over while I gone to lowes said he was nice.

We loved it here!! M young grandson and I stayed here for a month. It as very peaceful and quiet. I would stay there again and vid you are looking for short term or long term parking then give them the opportunity! You will not be disappointed!!

I am currently living for college, my partner and I absolutely love it. The owners are very kind and sweet, and it’s very safe environment . We comfortably walk ours dogs at night by ourselves. The grounds are very well kept and the atmosphere around the park is nice and quiet. We have throughly enjoyed living here!

I got a new job & couldn’t find a place to live for a month & a half after my start date. We found TGLRVP online, & it was the biggest blessing! I truly loved my time there & was sad to leave. The owners went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, & I felt more than safe the entire time. If you’re thinking about staying in the area, I HIGHLY recommend The Good Life RV Park! You will not regret it.

While trying to get away from Hurricane Laura my wife and I ended up in Lufkin,Texas. We had stopped at a hotel to get a room because it was 11:30PM,while my wife was checking in i was checking for RV Parks on my phone and found the Good Life RV Park was open 24 hours. I called and got a voice mail and no sooner I hung up Ms. Holly returned my call. I told her what we needed and she said she had plenty of spaces available. The next morning we met Mr. Scott and he helped us get upset and told us about the park and surrounding area. A few hours later the park was about full and everyone we talked to really liked the park. Wifi was great and never had go wait for it. It was peaceful and a real delight to meet Christian people like Scott and Holly. If i ever go to Lufkin again I will be sure to stay at The Good Life RV Park.

Great, nice location right outside of Lufkin. The owners Scott and Holly are wonderful, friendly people who made the experience even better. I highly recommend this RV park.

Very welcoming experience. Holly is super friendly and couldn’t ask for a better accommodating campground. Beautiful laid out park with easy access from Highway 59. Perfect for an overnight stay! Very clean and well kept! My wife and I wouldn’t mind coming back and staying a little longer. We had a pull through site and booked online. 100% reccomend! Thank you!

I have been staying here for over a year and it has been great! Very nice park and great owners. I would recommend this park to anyone.

New owners very nice they were very very friendly .We left our previous RV park and got a flat tire an hour away and missed our first night of our reservations. They kept in contact with us because we were having a hard time with our roadside assistance they sent us names for tire repair people and tried to help. When we got there they were very nice and very accommodating we love the little cities around there restaurants and things and the entire place we got our tires repaired the next day was very close, nice town

My daughter just got a new job in Lufkin and couldn’t find a place to live until a couple of months after her job start date. We found this rv park online and when we met the owners instantly knew this was a safe place for her to stay until she found a place to rent. They were accommodating and went out of their way to help her with anything she needed. I would recommend The Good Life over and over again and can not be more thankful for all that they did to make this mommas heart feel safe leaving my first born at her first big girl job and town on her own.

I spoke to Holly when making our reservation she was so sweet. Scott checked us in on arrival and he as well was very helpful and nice. The park is very nice. We will be back next time we come to the races.

These owners have done an amazing job with this RV park. They have great wifi, amazing amenities, and their customer service is top notch. They have put so much love and attention to making this such a great place!

We were looking for a park close to the Angelina College and found TGLRP. We just stayed for one night, but had a great experience. New park, friendly staff and easy online check in! We plan to book again soon.

The Good Life is a nice well kept park with very helpful hosts!
