I have known Charles for over 15 years and would not have considered using anybody else to help sell our home. Rude broker who seems full of himself. Got upset when I listed a house with his competitor Jamie Goodnight at Keller Williams.

He made a $3600 error on our taxes acknowledge the mistake and refuse to give us our preparation fee back which was only $150 I do not recommend that you use him he is not a tax professional and any error that you get all your taxes you’ll be responsible for paying due to his mistakes. His only concern is bringing in clients and collecting the tax preparation fee he can care less about how your taxes are done. I contacted him several times trying to resolve this issue to no avail I can’t sue you for the $3600 but refunding the tax preparation money was a reasonable request being that I’m out of $3600. I will continue to use social media to make people aware of the poor job that you did so no one else is in the same predicament that my husband and I are what I’m writing is true so therefore it’s not deformation of character

I write a bad review and now you would like to talk. I’ve reached out to you and your office you didn’t and haven’t returned any of my calls. You wrote some jibber jabber that made no sense. The issue is with my 2016 taxes no other year. You don’t got back and reflect what I filled on other years. I provided you with all the necessary paperwork for my husband and I and because you weren’t knowledgeable at doing taxes my family is suffering.
