Diboll Water Department

If I could change water companies I would. They dont like working with people nor do they care if you cant pay your bill due to rain outs. My wife offered to give them 30.00 dollars before they turned off our water and we would pay the remaining balance friday which mind you was only two days and the said no. They wanted all of it right then and their and mind you that my wife has health issues. They dont care about others only money. So if yall call up there and ask for them to please wait until your payday due to the weather: you might get the same response as not wife did: oh well not my problem. They didnt do this to us back home but they do it here. I have nothing good to say about this place and wish there was another water company that we could switch to and I would tell others about this place as well. So yall get a bad review from me.
