I don't know what's going on there these last few months, but despite the fact that I love the convenience, it's gone seriously downhill in the last 6 months and after being with them for years, I think we're going to have to leave. From waiting for over 6 weeks for a med that we THOUGHT they were filling/ ordering more but apparently not so after 6 weeks without it we had to fill the order at a different pharmacy. (We were told they would look for the med to fill the order, but that's the last we heard. )This time when it was ordered we notified the other pharmacy only to be told that this time, Ingles filled it. Now we're being told that their supplier is no longer carrying certain meds and won't ever be again, to going to pick up multiple prescriptions and coming home with only one, while continually receiving messages that my other meds are ready to be picked up... how could they miss the other meds when someone comes to pick them up? Love the convenience, but the other issues are becoming too much to deal with.

I’m not sure if it’s due to being understaffed or what contributing factors but the service is slow and customer service skills lacking. Any time I’ve gone to the drive thru I’ve had to wait at least 15-20 minutes at the window to get attended to. If I go in, it’s about the same. There’s convenience in it being the neighborhood market, but the wait times completely offset that benefit. Not to mention the times I’ve had to come back later, not once but twice in the same day for a prescription to be filled. That’s right. I visited the pharmacy three times in one day. An hour after the script was sent in. Then 4 hours later when I was told to return, but the script wasn’t filled. Then again 2 hours after that when it was finally filled.

I am so done with this pharmacy. It's never uncommon for them not to have a medication that you need every single month, even though you've been a customer for years. Three times thy have given us the wrong milligrams of a medication and this time it's made it so that my son's insurance won't pay for the actual milligrams that he needs. I will be switching pharmacies this week. I'm at my wits end. I've been dealing with pharmacies since becoming an adult over 30 years ago and I've never had an issue with one till this Ingles. Incompetence at a pharmacy can be very dangerous!

Abigail refused medication for my grandchild because she wasn't a patient there. I never knew that they only serve their patients. She and the pharmacist both were very in professional also. Laughing as I was thanking them for their time before hanging up. Wouldn't recommend to anybody and really don't deserve one star.

Every time I come to this location it’s a problem. Always having issues with this pharmacy. Pharmacy Technicians will get an attitude like I did something to them. They supposed to have had my prescription ready in the a.m. and they didn’t. Then, I call after 2 p.m. and they tell me it will be ready in 30 minutes. Get there an hour later for them to tell me I have to wait until they fill it. I waited and left because it was taking so long to for them to fill something that should’ve been filled hours ago. As soon as I left I get a text saying it’s ready. It’s always something with this pharmacy. I usually go to the Parris Bridge location which is the best. But due to the drive thru I switched to this Chesnee location. I can assure that I will NOT be back EVER again.
