Brookwood Inn

The owner Sonny is really nice, and so is Anna, the housekeeper. Our room is clean, no bugs, and the rates are reasonable. I haven’t seen many shady characters like some of these reviews have stated. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. I’m glad we decided to give them a shot. And I love all the kitty cats. :)

The front desk man, Sunny, was very polite, informative, & helpful. He knew the area well, & was able to give us directions for dinner & shopping! Very clean hotel, rooms were clean & comfortable & well stocked with towels, shampoos, soaps, etc. It's off the main highway, so noise want an issue!

It's a different kind of place for sure. And truly one of a kind hotel, but sunny and Lynn are good to people and try to help out as much as they can. If your looking or a place to stay for a night or month out even a year. There has been a lot of blood sweat and tears put into that place.

Mr Patel has put endless work into this motel. And its affordable . my father stayed here for quite sometime and he enjoyed it much better than the other local hotels! Thebnew flooring and paint and riddance of troublemakers are great. Owner is always on property and that alone makes me feel safer. He has gone leaps and bounds for locals needing a lift up. I have seen him help and be burned and amazingly he still wants to only help. Im a formwr hampton employee and with his righthand lady and imself on deck hes only got a brighter and better tomortow to come. And no place is perfect(our hotel is 100percent satisfied and we gave away plenty )). One could always complain. Yet when you see the kitties mrpatell takes care of and the drive this man has,you only want to dive in and help. Wish i had had opportunities he has given some . and the work ethic he has , no matter the weather, only ice machine needed. As delivery is avilable for foods and flatscreens in room. Be decent and yoyre treated decent. Thanks sunny forvall you do. Dad misses yoou . he had surgery yesterday. Lost lleg. Wouldn't be surprised if..... He came home.

Mr. Sonny is a good ma. Staff is great, as well! Great morning view on backside ,upstairs. Reasonable daily and weekly rates.

The new ownership is fantastic! Rooms are newly renovated and they are pet friendly. Very happy here. Neighbors are great.

The owner is super laid back and very family oriented ..rooms are fresh and clean and updated! ....great stay😊😊
