Excellent. Amber presented outstanding customer service. I was looking at. Spending 200 dollars on a part l really didnt need. She tracked the problem down and showed me what was causing the wiper blades not to work. I offered a tip. But she declined. She deserves a good raise. Such a professional.

The staff and management were not only very knowledgeable, but went the extra mile to make sure we had the tools needed and all the correct parts for my 2011 Mercedes C300. I would have had to pay for a tow to Memphis or Nashville, but they were able to diagnose the problem just based on what I mentioned and they were 100% correct. They probably saved me $1K or more. I am extraordinarily satisfied and grateful 😊

Noah was super helpful in my time of distress. I was at a loss as to what was going on, but he promptly led me the right direction and supplemented me with extra information in case of future issues (though I doubt there will be any). As well as being super informational.

I was so glad to see a autozone come to Crockett country we won't have to drive to Humboldt or Jackson now to get parts for for our vehicles now. I visited this location a few days ago the staff is friendly and the store is set up well too. I'll definitely be back!

Amber At Store #5986 Was Amazing We Came Up To Alamo From Nashville TN To The Safari Park We Ended Up Catching A Flat From Running Over A Nail We Literally Went To Every Tire Shop We Google And Either No One Was There Or They Was And Told Us They Was Closed Amber Called Around As Well No One Was Able To Assist Us She Literally Came Out Plugged Our Tire And Put Air In It She Was Very Professional And A Life Saver Thank You So Much For Everything You Did For Us You Just Don’t Know How Much This Meant To Us‼💕
