McDonald's

This McDonalds is located in Bells, TN. The service is always top notch better than any McDonalds I have visited in years. Dyersburg McDonalds would be 2nd. The rest do not rate on my chart. I am one for customer service and with a kind smile and attitude and not acting like they hate their job and you are bothering them. This McDonalds gets you order correct and fast. When I drove into the parking lot and went through drive in lanes and pulled back onto the hwy I had my food and on my way in less than 2 minutes and yes I do time them at times when I'm supposed to be somewhere on time and I worked at McDonalds when I was 16 and I'm 60 so I consider myself an expert in McDonalds service. Management is even working and the employees are not standing around talking and finishing their conversations before you get waited on like a few other ones I have been to. If your ever on 412 give McDonalds in Bells a try and see if your service is equal to mine and I'm there at least every 2 weeks.

Love the fries and nuggets. We always sit at the same table. Nice atmosphere.

This is a great McDonald's! Lots of teens working here and they are generally friendly and helpful.
Here's the extra special item -- they have CHOCOLATE soft serve ice cream! This is our Wed night after church treat on the way home. And these folks are very generous with their servings. It's really hard to resist! To our knowledge, this is the only one around with chocolate. Try it! You'll love it!

I love my Big Macs.

Quicker than most and clean. I love that my drink doesn't have any spills all over the outside of the cup. Usually have my napkins and condiments as well.

Need more management I've stopped in quite a few times the sweet tea and frappes need to be looked into someone isn't doing there job I no the manager I'll have a take with him soon if it doesn't change but it's still a good place to visit eat for the whole family has a store and gas station too.which is a plus.

Well for fast food it was good...but the service was fantastic from the young man at the counter...👍

This place at night time needs to be shut down I went through the drive through and order four burgers they told me to pull in number two I did it was almost nine o'clock I sit there and waited for forty five minutes until I went in and asked them where my food was iv been waiting for forty five minutes while other people been going through drive through and leaving they asked me what I ordered I told them she came back and asked if I had a ticket I did and precede to give my money back if y'all can't have people working there that can do there job right then close the place down I wasn't the only one who they done this to it was a couple beside me going through the same bull put I was the villan because I spoke up about it sorry do your job right and no one will say anything never more will you at bells McDonald's will ever get My money every again even if you're the only place to order food from

Very clean! Food was good! I was impressed by how clean it was. There was a lady walking around the restaurant cleaning and picking up trash the entire time I was there. Fountain drink area was spotless!

This was the best sausage egg and cheese muffin I've had in years. Awesome folks fast service. A little awkward to get in and out of but otherwise great!!!

They were able to get our big order out quickly hot and fresh they are our family go to spot when we leave town

Just a McDonalds, they are pretty fast and fairly friendly. I just grabbed a box of cookies for the kiddies, they were warm and delicious.

One of the best McDonald's ever! Clean and nice people. Unlike Brownsville Tn McDonald's. I no longer go to the Brownsville one and I drive by it almost everyday, that's pretty sad.
