This review is for the car audio dept for Mr. Nolan. Nolan is a rare breed kinda worker, the one you don't see to much of anymore. Usually now days you will get the extremely unprofessional, rude doesn't know anything or care to person. But Nolan took 3 hours of his time to take apart the inside of my car to find out why my battery kept dying. He also did many other test that he didn't have to do honestly but he did. Companies out there wonder why buisness is falling, it's because you don't do what's right and take care of the employees that are taking care of you . As a longtime manager and current business owner I would definitely look into keeping this gentleman around and taking care of him. Thank you Nolan, I really appreciate the time you put in to making sure I wouldn't have any future issues, the car is running great!

Great buying experience. While what I was looking to purchase wasn't on the shelf, th3 staff helped me look for it and even provided a very detailed description on how it works and how best to use it.

The establishment was clean and organized in amongst all the holiday shoppers! Nathan, was the young man that helped us tremendously! We will be back and more than likely be asking for him.

I bought a system from here last year , I had plans on getting it installed at car toys but wanted to get some pricing from best buy since car toys gave me a price of 800$ so I call best buy ask the questions I needed to and got back very knowledgeable, professional responses. CJ and his trainer did the install on my very important vehicle and they did an outstanding job , they had great attitudes and the price was about 600$ cheaper with the same results as far as the install went. The professionalism far exceeded my expectations I highly recommend the best buy installation guys in weatherford Texas 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am very picky , I do my research and reviews before doing business with someone so take my word for it please.

I had no problem with best buy. Looking for a specific movie while on the phone with my son. I don't know how many came up and tried to help. I had just about had it and bless his heart I had one employee come up again and offer to help. Told him the name of the movie and in less than 5 minutes handed it to me.

Great service eventough the item that showed in stock was not there

I tried using the online order and pick up at the store process. I will have to say it went off without a hitch. From the time i checked in until the time they brought it out was less than 5 minutes. I would say the only negative was the person who brought out the items clearly was having a bad day and willing to show it. Still gave the visit a 5 star rating because we have all been there. Just completed a GeekSquad appointment, and what a great service. Fixed in less than 20 minutes or less, and it was free. So I bought some items in the store. Rewarding great service.

I needed a radio in my truck since my stock radio stopped working. The install was fast, only took about half the time on my vehicle (may not work that way for everyone). Staff was courteous and helpful.

Great customer service. Walked in, asked for the ac we were looking for, the guy carried it to check out and then he carried it out to the trk. Awesome place!!!
