Absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever had. She listens to what you have to say. She has been proactive helping with every problem I’ve had from getting referrals to specialist to being sure my insurance covered any procedure I was referred for. I never thought I would ever feel this good again. Her staff is also awesome. I’m so glad to have her for my doctor.

Going to a new doctor can be overwhelming. Dr. Rupa Pachigolla’s office crossed all my “t’s” and dotted all my “i’s”. The office staff is kind, prompt, and thorough; the nurses are knowledgeable and dedicated; and Dr. Rupa listens to my concerns/wonders/needs, and I feel heard. Her expertise and decorum are above bar. Glad I found this gem in Parker County!

Dr Rupa has saved my life twice now. She convinced my hard head to listen and nearly everything I was struggling with has gone away or has greatly diminished.

As for the front desk, ladies, they are a blast! The new allergy nurse is wonderful as well.

We have been seeing Dr Pachigolla for 10+ yrs now. Started my daughter and son, now myself on allergy injections. Dr Pachigolla listened to a mother’s concerns, he also made certain to get to the bottom of the issues with my son. After coming to the conclusion my son would have to have sinus sx, we went for it. He has done a complete 180 and is excelling in school and now making straight A’s. My asthma has been in check thanks to these allergy injections. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the help he has given us.
I also need to send a HUGE shout out to the office personnel. April and Deidre! These ladies have literally gone above and beyond. From day one they have always made my kids and myself feel loved and welcomed. The spirit, their smiles, and their willingness to go above and beyond for their patients makes me so proud to be a patient of this office. You women are amazing. Thank you Dr Pachigolla and ladies for everything you do for not only myself but my babies. Y'all are the bee’s knees!

We had our first appointment today for my mother and were very impressed with the office staff and Dr. Pachigolla. He took time to listen to concerns, then did a nasal scope and made some initial recommendations.He is very pleasant, professional, and I’m pleased we found him.

My family has used Dr Rupa for over 10 years. She is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever used. The office staff has changed a lot, but they now have an amazing solid team. I never have to wait for responses and I always feel like I have been heard. I cannot stress enough how they spoil me as a patient.

Dr Ravi takes care of patients I work with and is always so kind and caring. He has a very calm bedside manner that easily relaxes those patients when they are a bit nervous. I don’t hesitate recommending the Pachigolla’s to anyone.

Front desk is always super friendly, always quick and helpful, nurse and doc are also very empathetic, friendly, and thorough. 👍👍

I absolutely adore this staff and the way Dr Pachagolla’s office is run. I love that he waits for us in the room, easing the anxiety of waiting, not visa versa. I love his chill demeanor, great beside manner. He always answers questions thoroughly and never talks down to us. He’s been on this journey with my father from the operating room to his office. He obviously cares about his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Rupa for 3 years and since the first visit it was clear that she listens attentively, does not shy away from diagnostics and has a straightforward, thorough practice that I very much appreciate. In the past, the front office staff was not so great and I did dread having to leave messages, call in medication refill requests and really, just checking in for an appointment was a bit of a downer. I’ve seen a drastic improvement in the staff and I am more than happy to give her practice 5 stars.

My 6 year old, Haysen, got his tonsils and adenoids out and his nose cauterized. It was a great experience from beginning to end. They owed me money back because my insurance changed so the copay was different and literally got it the same day as when I called them for it to tell them my insurance changed. Both girls at the front (check in and check out) were super sweet and Emily was awesome getting my son scheduled ASAP! Dr. Pachigolla did a phenomenal job on my son. He had little discomfort after the surgery and one of the only doctors my 6 year old is comfortable with! This doctor came highly recommended by several friends and I can understand why!! Thank y'all for everything!!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now. The doctor and his entire team are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with respect to anything and everything. I couldn’t be happier with the service, effort and overall experience. I’m not used to leaving reviews, but the fact that this practice didn’t have 4+ stars on average didn’t set well with me. They are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Anyone not leaving 5 stars had to have shown up in a bad mood, I’ve been in dozens of times and nothing but great.

Dr. Rupa and her staff have been extremely supportive and caring during my last 16 months of healthcare at her office. Not only has she made sure that my general health has been addressed and administered to, but she and her her group have gone above and beyond to help me through my journey to obtain the specialists I have needed for other health issues. I not only feel cared for, but also cared about.

I forgot all my information, the staff helped me get everything I needed and called the insurance company to correct my copayment.
Dr. Ravi Pachigolla diagnosed my daughters tonsil issue immediately and explained everything thoroughly to us.

Dr was amazing with my 2 year old son. First appointment was a general appointment. Examined my son and within 2 weeks he had his surgery. Lip and tongue tie reversal. Very pleased with everything from the Dr, nurses and down to the hospital.

Wonderful bedside manner. Professional and kind. She cares for her patients and spends time trying to make you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend her! Office staff is great. The cute blonde at the front has the best personality ever. All around great office

Best experience at a Doctor's office in many years. Dr. Rupa was very nice and sincere. She listened to what I had to say and took her time explaining everything to me where I could understand. Would highly recommend her.

My husband and i appreciate Dr Pachigolla and his staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We have been seeing them for all our ear, nose and throat issues for several years and we have ALWAYS had a positive outcome.
