Ron was great to work with. We purchased a new apple car play stereo. The install time was only 2 hours, and Ron made sure my wife's phone was hooked up, and demo'd all of the features before we left.

The staff at Car Toys was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I am new in town, so I did not buy my JL subwoofer at Car Toys. My subwoofer suddenly stop working. Car Toys was near my work and I so brought it there to have them look at it. Their tech person, was great. Took a look at it and found the problem. He fixed it and I was in my way. Needed a battery for my car remote and a starter device uninstall. I had a bunch of questions. Destini was able to help me get set up with the uninstall, explain the process, a new remote battery and answers to all my questions. Awesome experience, I will be back!

I just purchased a 2021 Toyota 4Runner and noticed immediately it did not have the subwoofer my previous 4Runner model had in place. I looked around and all things being equal it comes down to good advice and quality of installation. After a bit of a hiccup on the original spec., which was out of stock, the team worked on making it right on an upgraded package.

The install team asked me how I wanted the setup, understood my priorities and set up a "quick release" connection so if I need the space the box can be easily removed and re-installed. Small detail but will make a big difference in the future.

The car sound now is OUTSTANDING and I appreciated the customer service mentality at Car Toys, highly recommend!

Everything thing was professional the whole staff was very helpful. With helping me make the right choices. Im not to sure of the other installers names but they were very on point. Giving me updates. My mirror did fall off but that was due to the bass. The installer made sure to put it back on for me.

Dalton and the entire staff at Car Toys were exceptional in customer service and expertise. I got detailed help with my stereo selection and accessories and the install came off great !! I had a "grounding" error, probably from the age of the vehicle, that Dalton identified to fix and get my system in full working order.
