Rack Room Shoes

I loved the customer care that I received today by the lady who works there. I was purchasing a pair of shoes that were over the amount I thought the sign read, and she went to the shoes and grabbed the correct shoe that was in that price. She didn't have to go out of her way to help me, but she graciously chose to.

Employees are always helpful with a smile. Sometimes shoe selection is low on sizes because they are so busy. Overall I'm a happy customer!

I'm not entirely sure of his name, but the employee that helped me (6/19/23) was super friendly & helpful! I called ahead to check if a size was in-stock, and he pulled it aside. I wasn't hovered over while trying them on, which I appreciate. And while checking out, he was very friendly. I'm happy with my Converse shoes as well. It's a smaller store, so there isn't the largest selection or anything, but good to check!

A super helpful associate assisted me right away to figure out my shoe size and best shoe for work. She had such a great attitude and was willing to find me the right fit. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I am so happy with my new pair, and thankful for the customer service at this location. Will be back!

Edit: I want to add that the manager at checkout gave exceptional customer service and I normally go to the Granbury location but the Weatherford was a way better. I did not get their names unfortunately but I wish I had because they deserve recognition. Great store.

The 2 girls that work just before close were both very helpful and nice. They helped me find the best shoes for my aching working feet. I felt like I was treated with respect and care. This was a great experience to end off a great night. I will definitely visit again.

I wish I knew the names of the employees who helped me yesterday. (11-22-19) They were wonderful ! Thin, older gentleman & a thin, young lady wearing glasses.

I had been all over town looking for a specific pair of Converse. I found them here but my size was out. I was bummed ! Without hesitation the gentleman looked up my size & low & behold they're @ the Lake Worth location. I was thrilled !! He reserved them for me & I went to pick them up today. I'm so appreciative ! No associate @ any other store I went to even offered to do that. Thank you !

Had to use company ladder to get shoes for my wife from the top. The attendant was a bit busy, but was helpful in checking us out.

Wife purchased 2 pair of sandals . Have a buy one get second 1/2 off . bought 2 pair of leather sandels she liked , price was good.

The store and outside area were clean. The staff was courteous and professional. The prices were reasonable.

Great selection of products and the staff are great. The Manager, Crystal, is awesome and always makes sure you leave happy.

Good selection of shoes...athletic, flats, heels, sandals, etc. Helpful employees available to access the boxes on the upper shelves.

Nice selection of shoes for men and woman and they was having a sale

Always having great sales, associates for the most part are polite and helpful.
