Americas Best Value Inn New Boston

The check-in service was great. The guy working was friendly. The room is very clean. The water pressure is great. The only minor complaint is that the air-conditioner is loud, towels are a little thin, the bed could use a 4th pillow, and there isn't a hair dryer in the room. (but I brought my own dryer). All in all, we will stay here again.

Here for son wedding! Got 2 rooms , they are clean , next to everything we needed ! Will stay here when I come back !!!

I had the absolute worst night, I had to bail on my original hotel booking at the Magnuson in Texarkana because of FLEAS ROACHES AND BED BUGS everywhere was booked so I had to make a little drive and I am so glad I did! The wonderful woman behind the desk went well out of her way to be helpful and kind, and I so appreciate everything. I also want to say that the rooms here are clean, comfortable, and free of pest.

Place was clean and safe o ly no breakfast in the am everything was locked up at 6.15 am . No coffee

Don't let the price or exterior look fool you. I've been down here for 6 weeks and was staying at the holiday Inn next door for $100 a night more. However I had employees of mine staying at best value. Well one day I went over and visited one of my employees and realized how nice his room was. So that day I said bye Felicia to the holiday Inn and moved over to best value. And I got a suite with large tub and shower and king bed for $103 cheaper a night than a room at holiday Inn with less space and features. The people at holiday Inn were nice and the room was room but it just didn't make sense to pay all that money for something just because of the name on the front of hotel. I will say currently best value doesn't offer breakfast like holiday Inn but that is the only difference. The staff is great and so is the rooms. I travel 8 months out of the year and wish this hotel was everywhere I went. So If you drink with your pinky out and care about the name on the front of the business then holiday Inn is for you. But if you care about bang for your buck then you will see your money go further at best value.

We are working in the area and found this gem. They offered a weekly rate, however, they do have low nightly rates. The rooms have been remodeled and everything looked beautiful. The king bed sits on a platform, and we often hit our shins but the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. We have interacted with the housekeeping staff and they are very helpful with giving new towels and cleaning the room as needed. There are a few front desk clerks and they are all super nice.
They do offer a washer and dryer. We had a microwave and fridge in the room.
If you are staying in the area I highly recommend this hotel. There are several places to eat nearby and it is close to interstate.

Best value for a hotel in this town and the staff was very accommodating for our situation we got stranded after my truck got messed up and they were very polite and let us hang out in the lobby until we got our rental after we had checked out of our room. Highly recommend as far as clean and comfortable beds and rooms are nice

It was a nice room for the price. Great price great location. The day front desk clerk had a bit of a dry personality, but every other team member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around.

All was great!! My only complaint, was during the renovation that took place in the recent past, they forgot to put the weather stripping at the bottom of the door... There's an inch and a half Gap that you can see daylight through. Other than that the room was clean, they had large vehicle parking, the people were friendly - we were happy.

I just want to say that Todd and the 1st lady who helped me get my disabled uncle checked and all our extensions are amazing. They went above and beyond. The room was also an amazing room. And my uncle said it's the best bed he has ever slept in. Thank you guys so much!!

If you are looking for a place just to rest and nothing else this is the place to be.
If you are looking for a place with coffee, breakfast, pool and other amenities you need to go somewhere else.We were on the road for hours and we stop at this place, we had a really good experience, nothing to complain. Also this place is pet friendly our dog was pretty comfy as well.

Beautiful rooms Clean Best Bed I've slept on in awhile. I worked overnights leading me to my only complaint. No blackout curtains. I had to stack my pillows and tuck my head. Otherwise enjoyed my week long stay. Great Staff.

The rooms were super comfy, we checked in late no issues... Everyone respected the do not disturb on the door this morning. We would come back if they had truck parking but that is very limited. Also the price point is pretty high for the area I think.

This is my go-to place when stopping over in New Boston. The rooms are spacious. Booking has the rooms at $60. Regular for one was $53 plus tax. The beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are squeaky clean with nice towels. The room always smells amazing when you walk in. Sweetheart lady at the front desk. Quick and painless check in. The laundry room is big with nice folding table. $1.50 to wash and $1.75 to dry, if I remember correctly. Recommended.

It was a very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Lady at front desk was really sweet. Could have went to another hotel and spent $50 more probably for the same service. You guys rocked for us. No complaints from us. Pool was down but they had that posted before you even walked in. Most places you don’t find out until you are ready to go to the pool. So that’s a a big plus. Thank you for hooking us up with a good nights sleep.

Stayed first night because if the storms. Stayed another night because we woke up to a flat tire. Staff were cordial. Rooms were inexpensive and not terrible. We've definitely stayed in less hospitable conditions for more. Overall best bang for the buck.

The gentleman checking us in was extremely nice. Gave us a discount for being military. The room was older but very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and no carpet! Would stay there again.

We usually stay at one if the Hilton lines but we were pleasantly surprised with this room. Very clean and spacious. No coffee pot in the room.
