I brought my 5 yr.old to Resource Care Albany as a new patient and everyone was so friendly and caring that she was at total ease the entire time she was being examined and treated. I encourage anyone needing good health care to seek their help out.

Shayla is amazing, she took 2 hours with me. She went through all my notes from each doctor I'm seeing to see what exactly they think is going on with me. She took the time to listen, I mean really listen to me. I'm a medical mystery, I've been in a wheelchair for 2 years now just over night. No one has been able to figure out why, I have been to a ton of doctors. Some don't take the time to get to know their patient but Shayla did for sure. She exceeded my expectations by far. I had seen another doctor a good amount of times and I can tell you that I didn't more time with Shayla in 1 visit than I did the other doctor in multiple visits. The staff has always been very professional and nice to my family. I went to see if I would like her and get another opinion and I wheeled out of there happier than I anticipated. I will definitely be going back to her with no hesitation.. I'm honestly thinking of switching my daughter to her as well. Thank you so much for the time and effort you took with me.

After week's of calling all around Abilene and surrounding areas, these sweet women squeezed me in at the Albany location. Dr. Diana listen to everything I had to say, she empathized with me about my situation, and gave me so much information and referrals! This truly felt like a god send that I had been crying out for! I would refer Dr. Diana to anyone❤

Staff is very supportive. They take time to listen. They do not rush patient to patient. They search my medications for reactions. I felt cared about. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience at the Doctor's visit. All of my concerns were heard, and answered in a way I was able to understand. I feel the visit was very straightforward, but not rushed.

Wonderful, helpful, and caring staff. I found it hard to get help when I needed it most until the people here were recommended to me. Since my first visit I have found a place that I know truly cares about its patient's overall well-being, thus making it easier to convey my issues knowing they'll be met with understanding and compassion. 5 stars only because that's the limit. Were there a 100 that's what I'd have rated them.

The Albany Resource Care Clinic is an outstanding location to use for medical or dental care. Friendly staff, fast scheduling, great follow up, and Shayla Fine, FNP is very thorough and takes her time with each patient. She's fabulous! Highly recommend.

1st time at this facility, very nice, large waiting area, large rooms, clean. Staff is great, friendly and professional.

Love Resource Care....

I was new to the area and had to find a Dr to start up all my prescriptions. I went to Resource Care in Clyde and met Shayla Fine. She has been the best PCM I've had in years. When she was sent to Cross Plains, I followed her there. She was then sent to Albany and I of course followed her again. I don't mind the travel, when I know I'm going to get treated as a person, she talks to me not at me. As long as Shayla Fine is part of my medical coverage I will only see her. I've gone to a few other Dr's and I will not go back to them. I trust Shayla Fine with all my medical concerns.

They are very quick at getting you in. The dr listen and cares about what you say. Really like her and this office. I drive from Breckenridge because they are so good.

The staff is great and Shayla Fine is the best she takes time and listens to her patients.
