Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care - Florence

I was visiting from out of state and became ill. Everyone at this clinic was so friendly, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend this clinic. I was seen promptly. Necessary tests were preformed and medications were dispensed, all with caring and compassionate staff.

I had felt really sick (relentless cough, fever, headache, weak, etc.) for 4 days. Finally, agreed to go to have someone drive me to Huntsville Urgent Care Clinic in Florence. I used them before this visit. The Receptionist (so Kind and Helpful with her mannerisms and paperwork), Michelle who did Triage was so Kind and Gentle and, Heidi my Medical Practioner was Amazing (very dynamic and assertive~ I knew I was going to be cared for properly). I did test Positive for COVID. Soooo, glad I used this Clinic and received Wonderful Attention and Care. 👍

Christie Rice, CRNP was great! Professional but personable with wonderful communication and care. April was excellent in her nursing duties also. I’m sorry that I failed to catch the name of the young lady out front but she is extremely knowledgeable in her duties regarding insurance and processes. Great experience for care.

Amazing service. Nurse practitioner knew immediately after taking a Quick Look at my husband’s eyes that he needed iv antibiotics and had to go to the er. She was absolutely correct and he’s starting to feel much better. Thank you for both the fast and friendly service

An unexpected urgent care visit while away on on business. Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care staff greated me with warmth, kindness & care. The visit was expedient, thorough & informative.

I'm so thankful the location was on my radius enroute to my prjct hotel.

The staff and their treatment of my medical needs were more than excellent with extra great customer relations and attitudes, very pleasant with great senses of humor! The only problem was the long waiting time to be seen, but they were short staffed due to employee absenteeism due to being sick with the stomach flu going around the area. However once called, the service was excellent and speedy, again with great customer relations and senses of humor. It was really nice to be treated as a human being instead of just the next number to be called for treatment by hurried, overworked staff needing to pay their bills and then go home.

Everywhere was so clean and everyone was very kind and helpful. I was able to get in and out quickly with the hold my spot feature on the website and do my paperwork online and check in on a tablet when arriving. Overall a wonderful experience. I will return in the future!

Hanna help me get all set up for my first visit, made it easy. Melissa did all my vitals, very professional. Big thanks to Christy, N.P. for a quick assessment and other non-medicine things to do that will help with this ear infection. I will be back but not to soon I hope.

I had never been here before but I walked in at 11:45 and was out by 12:30. The longest part was me filling out my part of the paperwork. Everyone was so friendly and got me in and out quickly!! The staff was great and I really enjoyed the NP. I’ll definitely be going back (hope I don’t have to but will if I’m sick lol).

I highly recommend! The staff is very friendly, professional, and the nurse practitioner Heidi is very thorough! I will definitely always use HSV urgent care for my needs. They’re Great!

Great service and very efficient. The Nurse Practitioner Thorton is a great listener and source of information. I have dealing with eczema for 10 months. I have been other places in that time, but she is the first person that made me feel like thy wanted help.

I went in today after being in excruciating pain for over a week from a dental infection. They were awesome and gave me some antibiotic shots and a prescription and I feel so much better already!! Life savers!!

Fast, friendly, and affordable service. Very convenient for people who get off work late with them remaining open to 8. Highly recommend to anyone needing the types of services they provide.

Dr.Christie and her staff were so very helpful and understanding. Their restrooms, waiting area, and exam rooms were cleaned and sanitize thoroughly. Mask were also available at check in if you need one.

We love this urgent care! The staff is friendly, efficient, and great with kids. The receptionist even offers a fruit bar popsicle to make the kids happy! Would recommend!
