Mind Body Balance Breathe

Came back to visit the salt sauana after a while and I had such a relaxing experience. Thank you Jen for being so welcoming! Really appreciate that after so many years of not using my punch card she still had record of us purchasing it and how many punches we had left--4 -1/2 years later!

Jen is an amazing Reiki master. I always feel more at peace after seeing her. Also she offers yoga and guided meditation which I total recommend. She has such a soothing voice that will put you at ease and help you get the most out of your experience.

Whitney gives the most amazing massage! She finds all the knots & other spots that are causing me issues & make them disappear.

I've had a facial and an ionic foot detox bath. Both were amazing. Staff very nice and atmosphere is very calming.

Whitney is amazing. I will definitely be returning for additional massages!

This place is wonderful. Service is immaculate, the room is so relaxing and the experience is clean and professional. I can’t wait to come back. 10/10
