I was hesitant to get my daughter’s ears pierced here but it’s one of the only places that will do a 6 year old. I called ahead to make sure a piercer would be in before we went and she was wonderful with my daughter! Very professional and explained everything before she did it. Really pleasant surprise after seeing some negative reviews.

Twice now we've come to this store and been turned away. The first time they said they didn't have a piercer, the second time they were closed an hour early despite the website stating otherwise. I'm all about second chances, but after two, I'll be finding somewhere else to go.

Went there with my daughter and a note was posted that they’re on break, be back soon. Over an hour passed, still nobody. Finally a Walmart employee saved us from waiting any longer and notified me that the sign has been up for several hours with nobody returning. So disappointing.

bought a set of noserings that were sealed up. when I opened them the first one I pulled out had a human hair stuck in the end of it. They were not cheap either. Rather gross
