Excellent service from Judy and the rest of the staff at Gowey Title. I first contacted Langlade Abstract because we’d always worked with them. Told him I needed to do a 1031 exchange and they weren’t sure what I was talking about. I got a referral to Judy and from our first phone call I knew this was the right place. The whole transaction was complicated to start with but as we progressed they found things that were either missed or just let go in past transactions. Judy and her staff fixed everything even on past deals. And the costs were not out of line with other companies.
