I called the parts department thinking we needed a seal kit for a hydraulic pump (the rear seal is leaking) and they recommended just replacing the rear seal rather than rebuilding the whole thing. I talked to the mechanic and found out how much work was involved and decided we don't have enough experience to do the seal kit to replace all the seals ourselves. They could have just sold me the kit and sent me on my way, but they took the time to talk to me, find out my needs and mechanical abilities and suggested what was best for us. I really appreciate the time Ralph (parts) and the mechanic took to help us out and your honesty. Will continue to do business with you as long as I own my John Deere!!

I purchased a new John Deere S240 lawnmower in August, 2020. Upon using it twice, I noticed that every time I hit a bump, the machine tried shutting down. This was very embarrassing for me, especially when the neighbors could hear it stalling out. I notified service reference my concerns, they came to my house, picked up the mower. After a few days, they brought it back. Well, it was still acting up. I notified Justin, service of the ongoing problem. He opted to send Randy, service technician out to diagnose the problem. It took a bit of skill searching to realize it was definitely a problem with the mower. Back to the shop it went. A new seat sensor was installed, and now the mower runs great! They brought the mower back. I have to thank them for spending enough time with me to realize it definitely had a problem! I would highly recommend using them for all your service needs! I really appreciated their great customer service experience!!!
