The food was really good and the staff were good too. The owner was in the night we went and he was a very welcoming guy very nice to meet him. The restraunt was pretty clean along with the bar. I got the pan fried perch with the chippies and the clam chowder. The clam chowder was some of the best I've ever had I would highly recommend. Overall it was a good stop I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

We enjoyed ourselves so much! From the time we walked in the door, friendly staff and bartenders. Friday night the first full week of June, and it was incredible! The food was amazing, if you like shrimp get the shrimp combo platter, you will thank yourself! So so yummy! When we are back near Summit Lake we WILL be back! ❤

The bar area was a blast! You just became part of the fun just by walking in the door. For dinner, the prime rib was excellent as was my wife's ribeye steak. Both prepared perfectly. The salad bar was nicely appointed.

Unbelievable food. Every time we come here the drinks are great, but the food is honestly the best. Chicken is cooked perfectly, not dry or tough in the least. Blue Gill and perch is always available, and the timber club is amazing. You cannot go wrong.

(2018) Fish basket is different than Friday fish fry... Both very good, between the two of us we got one each.
(2022) as of 4-21-22, closed till may. Spring break I guess. I'd call before assuming Google hours are correct.

We had the mushroom and onion Smothered ribeye . Cooked to my order , med/rare.Always very good food, across the entire menu. This is a gem of a place in the Northwoods where good restaurants are hard to find. Bonus, this is a very friendly, casual bar/restaurant. I dinied in my Krocs. I'm coming back for the filet mignon next.👍🔥❤👌

A great place to go eat/drink! Billy’s has been my family’s go to place for years! It’s still our favorite! Dan and his staff are amazing! You won’t regret eating here!

Ordered 1/2 rack of bbq ribs to go. Baked potatoe and small salad.
Ribs DELICIOUS. Baked potatoe done all the way through. Salad with French dressing came with 2 cucumber slices and 4 cherry tomatoes. GREAT MEAL THANKS DAN

What can I say other than it’s the legend of the north woods and it lives up to its name. Love the rib eye steak. Mmmmmmm and the tender timber is amazing also. Actually all of the food is mmmmm.

Every single thing we have had on their menu is outstanding. We pass up many places to eat here every single time. Make sure you visit them.
