Easily has the best ice cream in Boyne City. I absolutely adore their blueberry and chocolate hardening shell mixer. My puppy Minna also loves to get their doggy bowl serving. Thank you for your service.

After waiting 20+ minutes, asked the young lady at the register what was taking so long. Too busy chatting with her friends to notice our order was up. As a result the onion rings were soggy and greasy, as was the burger. A small milkshake is not small, it is tiny. $35 was too much for this mess. Won’t be back.

I never leave bad reviews because I can usually salvage at least one positive aspect of a mostly negative experience. But here we go.. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I GO TO BUSTER'S THEY FORGET SOMETHING IN MY ORDER. Whether it be food from the order, sides, drink cups, sauces that I just asked for STANDING AT THE COUNTER, etc...literally EVERY single time. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they were a newer resturant in town maybe they were just finding their footing.. Then when the same exact thing kept happening every time I ordered from Buster's, even if asked over the phone while ordering & asking again while paying.. I was like okay maybe its because its summer and a busier season in Boyne, maybe they had to hire new people to keep up with the customers or whatever. But today, March 18th 2021, around 3pm, not a single other customer in the place, the OWNER of Buster's forgets the coleslaw and sauces to my pick up order- tartar sauce for my fish basket that I explicitly asked for FOUR times while ordering. Because who doesn't eat fish with tartar? Then to top it off, tries to argue with me about it over the phone when I called to ask about it, until she saw them sitting on her counter at the resteraunt! When I went to pick them up she tells me it was because they were under in the fridge...legit this "owner" was so busy and preoccupied watching me- making sure I left her a tip on her squarespace phone card swipper- that she didn't even double check to make sure I had all of the items I paid for. Wouldn't even *try* to make me a happy customer on my way out, she did not even care that I was upset, didn't seem to mind that I would have to eat my fish COLD because she forgot my sauce that I asked for multiple times while ordering...HORRIBLE customer service, especially for the "owner" of the business. There are not too many places to eat in Boyne City, but I guarantee I will never eat here again. Today was my final time "giving Buster's a shot"

The worst food ever. Paid $32 for a burger, a so called Philly sandwich and fried mushrooms. Bread was stale and meat overcooked. It was difficult to give it one star.
