From intake to discharge, my encounter at the ECOW office in Antigo WI went smoothly. I spent very little time sitting unattended. When I was in between the different steps in my cataract evaluation, I was comfortably situated. Every step of the encounter, a cheerful and knowledgeable technician performed their test with precision and always with a thorough explanation of what was coming next. The evaluation by Dr Flatter was thorough and our discussion about the available lens technology and implant procedures was excellent. I felt completely comfortable in my decision about which implant to use based on our discussion. The facility is well appointed and modern. I highly recommend the ECOW Team Antigo. I will be scheduling my surgeries in the weeks ahead. Kudus to the staff for their professional yet personal care I was given.

Thought I might be in danger of a detached retina, which I had experienced many years ago and they got me in within a couple hours. Doctor was very good and thorough.

Had an eye exam. The doctor explained everything I needed to know in an easy to understand format. All of the staff I encountered were very pleasant to work with
