I'm ok with fines even 16 days jail time for a 28 year old on his first dui but too reject his work release really why risk persons livelihood just because you can.really one marijuana charge in last 9 years has you all upset good grief..its called life.. You can judge my son all you like granted he made big mistake could cost him his life or someone else's so thanks for getting your point across I do appreciate that but he also is hard worker never misses anytime and is very depressed about his love life which I'm sure played part in his mistake. To think if we paid 1200 for lawyer this would be different dbl standard can't afford lawyer do what you want to them.i can tell you this if he loses his job I will afford lawyer for him.i was on board with you till you decided no work release. how many on same charge only have serve one day guess it's time take poll on Facebook.
