Went to start my furnace for the first time this year and found out it was done. Contacted Jerome Filbrandt, they came shortly after contacting them. They thoroughly inspected everything when done gave me my options. I ended up going with a new furnace. They had old one tore out, new one in, thermostat relocated,along with replacing some out of date piping in a days time. If anyone is having plumbing or heating issues I definitely recommend them. Truly professional and fair priced.

Jerome Filbrandt Plumbing and Heating played a important role in building my new home on Post Lake twenty years ago. A couple years ago, I was planning to upgrade to a high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system. I worked with Joe for the system audit. His recommendations for the best upgrade options were carefully explained. This helped make my decisions going forward very easy. The installation went smooth. The crews were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the services provided and the energy savings that have resulted since making the upgrade. Excellent job.

Last week, after installing new kitchen counters and sink, I called Jerome Filbrandt Plumbing and Heating to complete the plumbing for the sink. They were able to get a plumber to my home to complete the job the next day. Keep up the good work.

I am very happy with the service I received. They came to my house and reviewed different options. They helped me pick my best option. I was quoted a price and they stayed with it. They came and in and installed my tankless water per the scheduled time and day. The product worked perfectly. I reccomend them and will use them again for any plumbing need.

"In mid-March my water system failed. Being without water is inconvenient to say the least, but Joe Filbrandt responded promptly, and I had a new submersible pump installed the same afternoon.
The morning of April 10th - Good Friday - my old water heater gave out. Joe was at my house in about twenty minutes after my call, and a new water heater was installed that day.

I was charged for $ 300.00 for a problem not fixed, then they claim I have such a bad block that the curb and street will need to be torn up but the original owner fixed the problem for less then $ 5 dollars when I was looking at about a ten thousand dollar bill. So I will not ever trust this person again.
