I can only imagine what it used to be. Locals said the inside is fully restored but I don't know. It's def a place to step back in time and feel the vibes of peace and good times

Camped with some friends right outside Baldwin at Highbanks Campground, but took a short trip to this wonderful landmark. So many amazing people partied here. Joe Louis used to hangout at this joint and some amazing music came out of this (still standing) old building.
A piece of Black American History. So Amazing.

fyi - There is a post outside the building where you can call a number and listen to a museum type tour of the location with your phone. dope.
